Implementación de una infraestructura de TI y su influencia en el desempeño laboral de BYV IESEMIN S. A. C. en el año 2016

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como problema general ¿De qué manera la implementación de una infraestructura de tecnologías de la información influye en el desempeño laboral del personal de la empresa BYV IESEMIN S.A.C. en el año 2016? El objetivo general es determinar de qué manera la implementación de una infraestructura de tecnología de la información influye en el desempeño laboral del personal de la empresa BYV IESEMIN S.A.C. El estudio fue de tipo explicativa y el diseño pre experimental. La población en estudio estuvo conformada por el personal de la empresa BYV IESEMIN S.A.C y la muestra seleccionada es no probabilística, es decir, se consideraron a todos los empleados de dicha organización por ser una población pequeña. Los datos se obtuvieron a través de la realización de una encuesta a partir de una escala de tipo Likert. Se tabularon y procesaron los datos en el paquete de software estadístico Statistical Package for the Social Sciences SPSS versión 21. Los resultados indican que la infraestructura de TI tiene una influencia positiva en el desempeño laboral del personal de BYV IESEMIN S.A.C. en el año 2016. (sig. The present research has as general problem of how the implementation of the Information Technology infrastructure influences on the work performance of the staff of the company BYV IESEMIN S.A.C. in 2016? The overall objective is to determine how the implementation of the information technology infrastructure influences the work performance of the staff of the company BYV IESEMIN S.A.C. The study was an explanatory type and pre-experimental design. The population under study was made up of the staff of the company BYV IESEMIN SAC and the selected sample is non-probabilistic, that means, all the employees of the organization were considered as being a small population. The data were obtained through the realization of a survey based on a Likert scale. The data were tabulated and processed in the statistical software package Statistical Package for the Social Sciences SPSS version 21. The results shows that the IT infrastructure has a positive influence on the staff’s work performance of BYV IESEMIN S.A.C. in 2016. (Bilateral sign 0.001 = <0.05; Spearman's Rho = 0.458).
