Evaluación de la infraestructura, operación y mantenimiento de tanques IMHOFF de la provincia de Cajamarca, 2016

Abstract

RESUMEN La presenta investigación refiere la evaluación de la infraestructura, operación y mantenimiento de tanques Imhoff de la provincia de Cajamarca, 2016. El propósito de la presente investigación consiste en conocer el estado actual de los tanques Imhoff de la provincia de Cajamarca. Se realizaron tres formatos, el primer formato referido a la evaluación del tanque Imhoff con respecto a la infraestructura, operación y mantenimiento, el segundo formato referido a la encuesta de evaluación al operador del tanque Imhoff y el tercer formato referido a la encuesta de percepción de la población. Para medir el primer formato en cada pregunta fue medido por la escala de Likert: 5. muy bueno 4. bueno 3. regular 2. mala y 1. muy mala. Para el segundo y tercer formato se empleó unas encuestas de percepción tanto a los operadores de los tanques Imhoff y pobladores de la zona en que se encuentra cada tanque Imhoff evaluado, llegando a determinar la deficiencia de los tanques Imhoff evaluados. En cuanto al operador los tanques Imhoff que cuenta con personal encargado de la operación y mantenimiento son Magdalena, Llacanora y Matara, los cuales no solo cumplen tareas de la operación y mantenimiento del tanque sino también realizan otras tareas de la municipalidad, mientras en los demás tanques Imhoff no cuentan con personal encargado de dichas funciones, en el caso de la percepción de los pobladores ellos manifiestan que no están enterados ni de las características ni de las funciones de los tanques Imhoff, viéndose reflejado en los resultados de las encuestas aplicadas.

ABSTRACT The present investigation refers to the evaluation of the infrastructure, operation and maintenance of Imhoff tanks in the province of Cajamarca, 2016. The purpose of this research is to know the current status of Imhoff tanks in the province of Cajamarca. Three formats were made, the first format referred to the evaluation of the Imhoff tank with respect to infrastructure, operation and maintenance, the second format referred to the evaluation survey to the Imhoff tank operator and the third format referred to the perception survey of the population. To measure the first format in each question was measured by the Likert scale: 5. very good 4. Good 3. Fair 2. Bad and 1. very bad. For the second and third format, a perception survey was used for the operators of the Imhoff tanks and residents of the area in which each Imhoff tank was evaluated, leading to determine the deficiency of the evaluated Imhoff tanks. As for the operator, the Imhoff tanks that have personnel in charge of the operation and maintenance are Magdalena, Llacanora and Matara, which not only fulfill tasks of the operation and maintenance of the tank but also perform other tasks of the municipality, while in the rest Imhoff tanks do not have personnel in charge of these functions, in the case of the perception of the inhabitants, they state that they are not aware of the characteristics or functions of the Imhoff tanks, and this is reflected in the results of the surveys applied.
