Influencia de un sistema de información para la gestión administrativa de una empresa comercializadora de ropa

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal determinar la influencia del sistema de información en la gestión administrativa de una empresa comercializadora de ropa en la ciudad de Trujillo en el año 2017. Esta investigación es de tipo experimental de grado preexperimental. Se tomó de muestra al equipo gerencial de la empresa, la cual está compuesta por tres personas, la medición de la influencia del sistema se realizó y se obtuvo un resultado positivo, en donde se redujeron tiempos de mano de obra, sobrantes y faltantes de valores y dinero. Así mismo, la puesta en marcha del sistema de información en la empresa presenta un VAN de 12873.99 soles y un TIR de 47.73%. Además, se conocieron las características que presenta el sistema de información, teniendo como principal característica el control de accesos del sistema, también mediante los atributos que presenta la ISO 9126 se pudo evaluar el desempeño del sistema.

The main objective of this research work is to determine the influence of the information system on the administrative management of a clothing marketing company in the city of Trujillo in the year 2017. This research is of experimental type of pre-experimental grade. The management team of the company was taken as a sample, which is made up of three people, the measurement of the influence of the system was carried out and a positive result was obtained, where labor times, surpluses and missing values were reduced and money. Likewise, the start-up of the information system in the company has a NPV of 12,873.99 soles and an IRR of 47.73%. In addition, the characteristics of the information system were known, having as main characteristic the access control of the system, also through the attributes presented by ISO 9126 it was possible to evaluate the performance of the system.
