La gestión de riesgos en el servicio de instalación de redes contra incendio y su impacto en la reducción de costos y gastos de Building Engineering Safety Total S. A. C., Trujillo - 2017

Abstract

Toda empresa cuenta con diferentes procesos para lograr sus objetivos, es por eso que en cada uno de estos siempre existirá eventos que puede afectarlos tanto de manera positiva o negativa. Es así que, para las compañías, es indispensable tener una gestión de riesgos puesto que no solo permite identificarlos si no también los puede cuantificar y predecir el impacto que tendrá; logrando establecer qué riesgos son aceptable o inaceptables. Además ayuda a fortalecer todas las áreas de una empresa garantizando así no solo el cumplimiento de sus objetivos y metas si no brindando una garantía razonable del logro de estos. El presente trabajo de investigación titulado, “LA GESTIÓN DE RIESGOS EN EL SERVICIO DE INSTALACIÓN DE REDES CONTRA INCENDIO Y SU IMPACTO EN LA REDUCCIÓN DE COSTOS Y GASTOS DE BUILDING ENGINEERING SAFETY TOTAL S.A.C, TRUJILLO – 2017”, detalla los lineamientos básicos de cómo aplicar la gestión de riesgos en el servicio de instalación de redes contra incendio y cómo esta gestión permite a la empresa afrontar posibles riegos que pondrían en peligro el servicio que brinda la empresa. Con esta investigación lograremos que las empresas sean más hábiles en la identificación y gestión de riesgos con el fin de que estos sean percibidos como oportunidades y no como amenazas. La gestión de riesgos comprende un conjunto de procesos como es la identificación, evaluación y repuestas del riesgo. Estos tres procesos se encuentran diseñados para identificar eventos potenciales que pueden afectarla y administrar riesgos, de modo de proveer seguridad razonable en cuanto al logro de los objetivos de la organización. Además de que por cada riesgo se determina las actividades a realizar para no solo gestionar el riesgo si no para evitar que este ocurra. Por ello, es necesario que cada organización cuente con una cultura de riegos, dado que servirá para retribuir a la empresa de manera positiva.

This research work entitled "RISK MANAGEMENT IN THE FIRE NETWORK INSTALLATION SERVICE AND ITS IMPACT ON REDUCING COSTS AND EXPENSES OF BUILDING ENGINEERING SAFETY TOTAL SAC, TRUJILLO - 2017", details the basic guidelines of how to apply the risk management in the installation service of fire networks and how this management allows the company to face possible risks that would jeopardize the service provided by the company. With this research we will achieve that companies are more skilled in the identification and management of risks in order that these are perceived as opportunities and not as threats. Risk management comprises a joint process that is the identification, evaluation and risk response. These three processes are designed to identify potential events that may affect it and manage risks, in order to provide reasonable assurance regarding the achievement of the organization's objectives. In addition, for each risk, the activities to be carried out are determined in order not only to manage the risk, but also to prevent it from occurring. Therefore, it is necessary that each organization has a culture of risks, given that it will serve to give back to the company in a positive way.
