Inversión en activos fijos y su incidencia en la rentabilidad de la empresa Negociaciones Lucarvi E.I.R.L., Puente Piedra, 2017

Abstract

La presente investigación ha sido desarrollada por interés de la empresa de tratar de mejorar su rentabilidad a través de la mejora de sus activos fijos y a partir de ello la mejora del pelado de las aves beneficiadas en la planta de Negociaciones Lucarvi EIRL, a partir de ello se ha tomado la decisión de invertir en un activo fijo (maquina peladora) para la planta de beneficio de la empresa, teniendo como objetivo principal lograr que la inversión nos genere una mayor rentabilidad. Se partió de tres problemas planteados los cuales son: ¿De qué manera la carencia de políticas de inversión de activos fijos incide en la Rentabilidad de la empresa? ¿Cómo incide la falta de mantenimiento de Activos fijos en la rentabilidad de la empresa Negociaciones Lucarvi EIRL? ¿La falta de capacitación del personal en el uso de activos fijos incide en la rentabilidad de la empresa Negociaciones Lucarvi EIRL? Los mismos que fueron desarrollados a través de los objetivos planteados y en el desarrollo se muestran la reducción de los costos y la mejora de la rentabilidad. De acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos en los últimos meses del año 2017 se aprecia que las ventas se han incrementado paulatinamente, para ello se ha realizado un cuadro comparativo de los años 2016 – 2017, el cual podemos observar que la instalación de la maquina peladora nos ha generado una reducción en la mano de obra y a la vez una reducción de los gastos del proceso de beneficiado. El cual se ve reflejado en el cuadro de la Tabla 07, esta investigación plantea conceptos relacionados como activo fijo, depreciación, vida útil, revaluación de activo fijo, así como también rentabilidad. Este conjunto de conceptos ha sido utilizado en la presente investigación para analizar la adquisición del activo fijo y su incidencia en la rentabilidad. Los resultados que se obtuvieron a partir de la inversión del activo fijo (maquina peladora) ayudó a la empresa saber qué la decisión que se tomó frente a este problema mejoro la rentabilidad con respecto al año anterior lo cual significa que se logró una mejora económica en la empresa, lográndose así el objetivo principal de la investigación. Los resultados se pueden apreciar en los estados financieros presentados en la tabla 08 y en el análisis de ratios de rentabilidad de las tablas 12,13 y 14.

According to the results obtained in the last months of 2017, it can be seen that sales have gradually increased, for which a comparative table has been made for the years 2016 - 2017, which we can observe that the installation of the peeling machine It has generated a reduction in the workforce and at the same time a reduction in the costs of the beneficiation process. Which is reflected in the table of Table 07, this research raises related concepts such as fixed assets, depreciation, useful life, revaluation of fixed assets, as well as profitability. This set of concepts has been used in the present investigation to analyze the acquisition of fixed assets and their impact on profitability. The results that were obtained from the investment of the fixed asset (peeling machine) helped the company to know what the decision that was taken against this problem improved the profitability with respect to the previous year which means that an economic improvement was achieved in the company, thus achieving the main objective of the investigation. The results can be seen in the financial statements presented in table 08 and in the analysis of profitability ratios of tables 12, 13 and 14.
