Factibilidad del proyecto de inversión para la implementación del área de bordado en manufacturas CATZ E.I.R.L. en la ciudad de Trujillo

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación consta de VI capítulos, el primer capítulo se ha considerado la realidad problemática y la formulación del proyecto con la intensión de conocer el porcentaje de participación en el mercado manufacturero y como contribuiría a mejorar los niveles de rentabilidad de Manufacturas CATZ E.I.R.L. de la ciudad de Trujillo. En el segundo capítulo hemos considerado el marco teórico el cual nos da a conocer las pautas que se utilizan para realizar un proyecto de inversión. En el tercero capitulo trata apreciación general de la empresa, ya que de esta forma conocemos como está constituida dicha empresa con el fin de implementar un área más en la empresa. En el cuarto capítulo tratamos de la localización y tamaño de la empresa para conocer la capacidad instalada que tiene actualmente. La ingeniería del proyecto con la intensión de conocer las características de la maquinaria para que la empresa vea que se ha hecho una buena inversión. La inversión y financiamiento con la intensión de conocer cómo es que la empresa se va a financiar para adquirir la maquinaria e implementar el área de bordado. El presupuesto de ingreso y costos que nos permite conocer los precios y ventas proyectadas, la cual nos ayudará a conocer el desenvolvimiento de la empresa en los próximos 5 años. La evaluación económica y financiera con el fin de conocer los resultados de los estados financieros proyectados. En el quinto capítulo damos a conocer las conclusiones a la cual hemos llegado con el desarrollo de nuestro proyecto. En el sexto capítulo se ha considerado las recomendaciones para que la gerencia de la empresa Manufacturas CATZ EIRL tenga conocimiento en que debe mejorar para seguir liderando en el mercado.

The present research work consists of VI chapters. In the first chapter, it has been included the problem reality and the formulation of the project in order to know the percentage of participation in the manufacturing market and how this would contribute to improve the levels of profitability of Manufactures CATZ E.I.R.L. of Trujillo. In the second chapter, it has been considered the theoretical framework, which lets us know the guidelines that are used to make an investment project. The third chapter is about the general view of the company, so in this way it will be possible to know how it is constituted in order to implement another area. The fourth chapter is about the localization and size of the company in order to know the current installed capacity. The engineering of the project in order to know the characteristics of the machinery for the company to know that it was done a good investment. The investment and financing with the purpose to know how the company will get the financing to buy the machinery and implement the embroidery. The budget of the incomes and costs that permits us know the prices and sales projected, which will allow us know the development of the company within five years. The economic and financial evaluation in order to know the results of the projected financial states. In the fifth chapter, there are the conclusions we have reached with this project. In the sixth chapter, it has been considered the recommendations to inform about the aspects that the management of the company Manufacturing CATZ E.I.R.L. has to improve in order to continue been the number one in the market.
