Diseño de un modelo de gestión de distribución física para reducir los costos logísticos en la empresa procesos alimentarios San Jose S.R.L

Abstract

RESUMEN El objetivo principal fue reducir los costos logísticos en la empresa “Procesos Alimentarios San José S.R.L.”, la cual se dedica al sector industrial del consumo masivo de las rosquitas. Él desarrollo del presente proyecto de investigación fue realizado luego de diferentes viajes a la ciudad de Lima, buscando de esta manera manejar la eficacia y eficiencia en la distribución física. A través del método del ahorro, y la aplicación del promedio móvil; para esto se utilizó la metodología de mejora continua, planteándose un diagrama ishikawa por proceso, además de matrices de seguridad. Se realizó un análisis de cada una de las tiendas para determinar de esta manera cual es la zona por la que se optó en realizar el “Diseño de un modelo de gestión de distribución física”, esto se determinó bajo algunos criterios, teniendo como resultado la Zona Oeste como punto de estudio. Con la finalidad de aumentar las entregas; como a su vez reducir los costos logísticos, lo cual se llegó a lograr. Obteniendo un aumento en eficiencia de entregas de 2% y una reducción de 6% en los costos logísticos con la estandarización de la nueva ruta de reparto.

ABSTRACT The main objective was to reduce the logistic costs in the company "Procesos Alimentarios San José S.R.L.", which is dedicated to the industrial sector of mass consumption of rosquitas. The development of the present research project was carried out after different trips to the city of Lima, seeking in this way to manage the efficiency and efficiency in the physical distribution. Through the saving method, and the application of the moving average; for this, the methodology of continuous improvement was used, considering an Ishikawa diagram by process, in addition to safety matrices. An analysis of each of the stores was carried out to determine in this way which is the area for which the "Design of a physical distribution management model" was chosen, this was determined under some criteria, resulting in the West Zone as a study point. In order to increase deliveries; as in turn reduce logistics costs, which was achieved. Obtaining an increase in delivery efficiency of 2% and a reduction of 6% in logistics costs with the standardization of the new delivery route.
