Propuesta de mejora en la gestión de proyecto estructural de la sede del Ministerio Público de Lima Norte en el distrito de Independencia con la implementación del BIM

Abstract

RESUMEN La presente investigación tiene como objetivo en proponer la mejora en la gestión del proyecto estructural de la Sede del Ministerio Público de Lima Norte, con la implementación del BIM (Building Information Modeling), para tal fin se ha realizado diferentes actividades de cómo reducir las inconsistencias en la documentación consideradas del proyecto estructural con el uso del software BIM, como también en reducir en número de días la gestión del proyecto estructural con BIM y sin BIM (Sistema tradicional) frente a una modificación arquitectónica. Con la aplicación BIM accedió obtener mejoras en la en la gestión del proyecto estructural tales como, obtener un flujo de trabajo colaborativo, obtención aparte del modelo analítico obtener un modelo físico de la estructura y obtener de forma automatizada la Documentación, también se ha logrado reducir las inconsistencias en la documentación consideradas del proyecto estructural con el uso de software BIM al 0%, y en la gestión del proyecto estructural frente a una modificación arquitectónica con BIM permitió en promedio reducir en 3 días con respecto a un trabajo tradicional. Lo antes descrito se detalla en el desarrollo del presente, dando los resultados, conclusiones y seguidamente se dan las recomendaciones para la implementación del BIM. ABSTRACT The present investigation has as objective to propose the improvement in the management of the structural project of the Office of the Public Prosecutor of Lima North, with the implementation of the BIM (Building Information Modeling), for this purpose it has carried out different activities of how to reduce the inconsistencies in the documentation considered of the structural project with the use of the BIM software, as well as in reducing in number of days the management of the structural project with BIM and without BIM (Traditional System) in front of an architectural modification.
