Plan de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para disminuir los accidentes en la empresa Morchajo E.I.R.L.

Abstract

RESUMEN La presente tesis ha sido elaborada con el objetivo de realizar la implementación de un plan de seguridad de salud en el trabajo basado en la ley 29783 para disminuir los accidentes en la empresa Morchajo E.I.R.L., con el fin de garantizar la seguridad y salud de los trabajadores, así mismo promover una cultura de prevención de riesgos a los cuales el personal de la empresa está expuesto. Se desarrolló un Plan de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de acuerdo a las necesidades y teniendo en cuenta las diferentes actividades que se realizan en la empresa, con las herramientas diversas se logró tener un Plan de Seguridad y Salud Sostenible, se busca que el trabajador y el empleador se comprometan y sensibilicen ante esta implementación. En el capítulo 1 se presenta los antecedentes, luego se detalla la realidad problemática de la empresa y una descripción de las actividades que desarrolla la empresa donde se evidencio que no toman en consideración medidas de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, mencionar que desde el inicio de sus actividades a la fecha la empresa Morchajo E.I.R.L, no contaba con registros físicos, digitales en temas de seguridad y salud en el trabajo. La implementación del plan de seguridad y salud en el trabajo se desarrolló en cuatro etapas: la primera etapa incluye el inicio del proyecto de todo el plan de implementación seguridad y salud en el trabajo de la empresa Morchajo E.I.R.L, la segunda etapa incluye el desarrollo del plan de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, la tercera etapa incluye la revisión y aprobación de los documentos SST de la empresa y la última etapa incluye las capacitaciones ,conformación de comité SST y Brigadas de emergencia. En el capítulo 2 se presenta el marco teórico que incluye las bases teóricas para el desarrollo de nuestra tesis. En el capítulo 3 se presenta el desarrollo de la implementación del plan de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, y el desarrollo de los cuatro objetivos. En el capítulo 4 se definió los resultados de la implementación del plan de seguridad y salud en el trabajo bajo la Ley 29783, se llegó cumplir con el primer objetivo, se realizó el estudio de línea base inicial obteniendo 7% de cumplimiento en materia de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, así mismo se cumplió el segundo objetivo y se cumplió las cuatro etapas programadas de la implementación del plan de seguridad y salud en el trabajo obteniendo un resultado de 88% de cumplimiento y finalmente presentaremos las conclusiones y recomendaciones en referencia a esta tesis.

ABSTRACT This thesis has been developed with the aim of implementing the health safety plan at work based on the 29783 law to reduce accidents at the company Morchajo E.I.R.L, in order to ensure the safety and health of workers, likewise promote a risk prevention culture to which the company's personnel are exposed. A Safety and Health Plan at Work was developed according to the needs and taking into account the different activities carried out in the company, with the various tools it was possible to have a Sustainable Health and Safety Plan, the worker is wanted and the employer is committed and sensitized to this implementation. Chapter 1 presents the background, then details the problematic reality of the company and a description of the activities developed by the company where it is evident that they do not take health and safety measures into account at work, mentioning that from the beginning of its activities to date the company Morchajo E.I.R.L, does not have physical, digital records on issues of safety and health at work. The implementation of the safety and health at work plan was developed in four stages: the first stage includes the start of the project of the whole implementation plan of safety and health at work of the company Morchajo EIRL, the second stage includes the development of the occupational safety and health plan, the third stage includes the review and approval of the company's SST documents and the last stage includes the training, the formation of an SST committee and emergency brigades. Chapter 2 presents the theoretical framework that includes the theoretical bases for the development of our thesis. Chapter 3 presents the development of the implementation of the occupational safety and health plan and the development of the four objectives. In chapter 4, the results of the implementation of the occupational health and safety plan under Law 29783 were defined, the first objective was achieved, the baseline study was conducted, obtaining 7% compliance in terms of safety and health in the workplace, likewise the second objective was met and the four programmed stages of the implementation of the occupational health and safety plan were met, obtaining a result of 88% compliance and finally we will present the conclusions and recommendations in reference to this thesis.
