Diseño de un sistema de gestión en seguridad y salud en el trabajo basado en la Ley Nº 29783 para minimizar los riesgos en la empresa Representaciones y curtiembre San José E.I.R.L.

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación fue elaborar el Diseño de un Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo Basado en la Ley Nº 29783 Para Minimizar los Riesgos en la Empresa Representaciones y Curtiembre San José E.I.R.L. La consecución de este documento se realizó un trabajo de campo observando las instalaciones y el proceso productivo, con el propósito de tomar notas para identificar los riesgos potenciales y saber cómo minimizar estas causas, cuya finalidad es de mejorar las condiciones laborales de los colaboradores en aspectos de seguridad.

La metodología empleada fue realizar inspecciones a las instalaciones de la curtiembre, así como también entrevistar a la gerencia y al personal, esto permitió analizar las condiciones y actos sub estándar actuales de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, estas técnicas ayudó a determinar los riesgos más significativos como son físicos, químicos, mecánicos, biológicos y ergonómicos existentes en cada una las áreas de trabajo a los cuales se logró calificar la gravedad utilizando la matriz de riesgos como herramienta de gestión. Por tanto, a través de este estudio el plan de prevención de los programas propuestos dará conformidad a la empresa para con la Ley n° 29783

Esta investigación tiene en tanto una aplicación técnica y práctica que ayudará al personal a inculcar una cultura de seguridad, así como también disminuir los peligros y riesgos existentes en las instalaciones equipos y maquinarias, ayudando a solucionar los problemas en la empresa que permitirá mejorar el cumplimiento de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.

The objective of the research was to develop the design of a management system in occupational safety and health based on Law Nº. 29783 to minimize risks in the company Representaciones y Curtiembre San José E.I.R.L. The accomplishment of this document was carried out a field work observing the installations and the productive process, with the purpose of taking notes to identify the potential risks and to know how to minimise these causes, whose purpose is to improve the working conditions of the collaborators in security aspects.

The methodology used was to carry out inspections of the facilities of the tannery, as well as to interview the management and the personnel, this allowed to analyze the conditions and current sub-standard acts of safety and health at work, these Techniques helped to determine the most significant risks as they are physical, chemical, mechanical, biological and ergonomic Existing in each of the areas of work to which gravity was able to be qualified using the risk matrix as a management tool. Therefore, through this study the plan of prevention of the proposed programs will give conformity to the company with the Law Nº. 29783.

This research has as a technical and practical application that will help the personnel to instill a safety culture, as well as to reduce the dangers and risks existing in the equipment and machinery installations, helping to solve the problems In the company that will improve the performance of safety and health at work.
