Nivel del potencial exportador de las organizaciones REMYPE del sector calzado del distrito El Porvenir-Trujillo, 2018

Abstract

El objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación fue determinar el nivel del potencial exportador de las organizaciones inscritas en el Registro de la Micro y Pequeña Empresa (REMYPE) del sector calzado, del distrito El Porvenir. La variable de investigación es el nivel del potencial exportador y se utilizó un diseño no experimental - transversal con un nivel de investigación descriptivo. La población estuvo conformada por 392 organizaciones REMYPE del sector calzado del distrito El Porvenir, de la que se obtuvo una muestra de 195 empresas. Para medir el nivel del potencial exportador se empleó el Instrumento Medición de Factores Clave del Potencial Exportador (MFC_PE), utilizando una escala de 0 a 3 para cada ítem y clasificando la valoración promedio en 4 niveles: Embrionario (0 - 0,75), En Formación (0,76 - 1,50), Maduro (1,51 - 2,25) y Consolidado (2,26 - 3), los que se determinaron utilizando la fórmula del tamaño de una clase. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que el nivel del potencial exportador de las organizaciones REMYPE del sector calzado de El Porvenir es En Formación (1,20). La capacidad de gestión de clientes obtuvo el mayor desarrollo alcanzando el nivel Maduro (1,62), a diferencia de la gestión de mercado que alcanzó el nivel En Formación (0,98). En este trabajo de investigación se proponen las líneas de acción y acciones específicas para el desarrollo del potencial exportador de las empresas del sector calzado, basadas en el Plan Estratégico Regional Exportador (PERX) La Libertad, que les permitirá alcanzar un nivel óptimo de competitividad exportadora en un mercado globalizado.

The purpose of the research work was to determine the level of export potential of the organizations registered in the Registry of Micro and Small Enterprises (REMYPE) of the footwear sector of the El Porvenir district. The research variable is the level of the export potential and a non - experimental transversal design with a level of descriptive research was used. The population consisted of 392 REMYPE organizations from the footwear sector of the El Porvenir district, from which a sample of 195 companies was obtained. It was used the Instrument Measurement of Key Factors of the Exporting Potential (MFC_PE), to measure the level of export potential. It was determined a scale of 0 to 3 for each item and the average valuation was classified in 4 levels: Embryonic (0 - 0.75), In Training (0.76 - 1.50), Mature (1.51 - 2.25) and Consolidated (2.26 - 3), which were determined using the formula of the size of a class. The result obtained showed that the level of export potential of REMYPE organizations in the footwear sector of El Porvenir is in Training (1.20). The client management capacity obtained the highest development reaching Mature level (1.62), unlike the market management that reached the In Training level (0.98). In this research work was proposed the action lines and specific actions for the development of the export potential of companies in the footwear sector; it was based on the Regional Exporting Strategic Plan (PERX) La Libertad, which will allow them to reach an optimum level of export competitiveness in a globalized market.
