Influencia del control de inventarios en la rentabilidad de la empresa Lima Café Gourmet EIRL. Lima, 2018

Abstract

La presente investigación titulada “Influencia del control de inventarios en la Rentabilidad de la empresa Lima Café Gourmet EIRL., Lima 2018” se desarrolló en la ciudad de Lima. En el capítulo I se presentan los antecedentes, se plantea el problema y se establece como objetivo principal determinar la influencia del control de inventarios en la Rentabilidad de la empresa Lima Café Gourmet EIRL., en el periodo 2018. En el capítulo II se indica que la investigación realizada es de tipo Aplicada, el diseño de investigación es No experimental, y de corte transversal. La población y muestra es la misma empresa LIMA CAFÉ GOURMET EIRL. Para recabar información se utilizaron técnicas de encuestas y análisis documentario; y de instrumentos se utilizó un cuestionario estructurado y recolección de documentos, reportes y estados financieros. En el capítulo III se presentan los resultados en base al análisis de la información obtenida y procesada por cada variable; y en el Capítulo IV se realiza las discusiones en base a los resultados poniendo en evidencia que hay claras limitaciones y deficiencias en el control de inventarios y en Conclusiones se llega a determinar que el Control de Inventarios influye de manera negativa en la rentabilidad de la empresa Lima café Gourmet EIRL en el periodo 2018.

In chapter III the results are presented based on the analysis of the information that is carried out and processed by each variable; and in Chapter IV the discussions are carried out in the base, the base of the results is given, it is realized that there are clear limitations and deficiencies in the control of the inventories and in the conclusions it is arrived at when determining the control of the inventories has a negative influence on the profitability of Lima Café Gourmet EIRL in the 2018 period.
