Diseño del reforzamiento de columnas y vigas, con la técnica del encamisado y el comportamiento estructural de una vivienda, distrito de Puente Piedra, Lima, Año 2019

Abstract

La investigación tiene como título “Diseño del forzamiento de columnas y vigas, con la Técnica del Encamisado y el Comportamiento Estructural de una Vivienda, Distrito de Puente Piedra, Lima, año 2019”se busca describir mediante el diseño en el reforzamiento estructural de columnas y vigas de la vivienda con la técnica del encamisado ubicado en el Distrito de Puente Piedra. Mediante la representación y evaluación del proyecto que se realizó lo que se busca mostrar la técnica del encamisado como una alternativa de solución ante deficiencia de las estructuras debido a los malos procesos constructivos en las ampliaciones que se realizan con el transcurrir del tiempo debido a la demanda poblacional. Evaluar cómo influye la propuesta de Diseño del reforzamiento de columnas y vigas con la técnica del encamisado mejoraría el comportamiento estructural de una vivienda ubicado en el Distrito de Puente Piedra. Con el método del encamisado vamos a demostrar que nuestra investigación es positivamente viable para un reforzamiento estructural. Se determinó que la influencia del diseño de reforzamiento de columnas con la técnica del encamisado en el comportamiento estructural respecto al esfuerzo a compresión, es positivamente mejorando a la edificación y poder realizar una ampliación segura, respetando las normas que prevalecen en nuestro país, por lo tanto nuestra Hipótesis es válido y demostrado de una vivienda ubicado en el Distrito de Puente Piedra. Con el reforzamiento pudimos disminuir los desplazamientos de las derivas de (0.0097 a 0.0034) respetando los parámetros de la norma sismorresistente E030. Así mismo, el periodo obtenido se redujo de 1.061 a 0.421 segundos, logrando así mejores condiciones que permiten obtener un tiempo prudencial de reacción de los ocupantes y puedan evacuar ante un sismo. Diseñado el reforzamiento de las vigas con la técnica del encamisado se determinó la influencia del diseño de reforzamiento en el comportamiento estructural respecto al esfuerzo a flexión, se pudo demostrar los resultados favorables y dando una mejorar a la edificación, por lo tanto nuestra Hipótesis es demostrada. La propuesta de Diseño del reforzamiento de columnas y vigas con la técnica del encamisado se demuestra que si mejora el comportamiento estructural de una vivienda ubicado en el Distrito de Puente Piedra. Para eso debemos usar técnicas de reforzamiento antes de poder realizar la ampliación a más niveles. Ya que en el informe de ensayo con el esclerómetro se pudo verificar que la vivienda actualmente tiene una resistencia f´c 160 kg/cm2 por lo tanto está propenso a sufrir daños ante un sismo severo. El diseño de reforzamiento de columnas con la técnica del encamisado en el comportamiento estructural respecto al esfuerzo a compresión de una vivienda efectivamente esta técnica ayudara a dar mejor comportamiento a las estructuras verticales y poder realizar ampliaciones satisfactorias a futuro. Ya que la edificación tiene una proyección a tener 5 niveles.

By means of the representation and evaluation of the project that was carried out, what is sought to show the technique of the cladding as an alternative of solution before deficiency of the structures due to the bad constructive processes in the extensions that are made with the passage of time due to the demand population. Assessing how the proposed design of the reinforcement of columns and beams influences the cladding technique would improve the structural behavior of a house located in the Puente Piedra District. With the cladding method we will demonstrate that our research is positively viable for structural reinforcement. It was determined that the influence of the design of reinforcement of columns with the technique of the cladding in the structural behavior with respect to the compressive stress, is positively improving the construction and being able to carry out a safe extension, respecting the norms that prevail in our country, so Both our hypothesis is valid and proven from a house located in the Puente Piedra district. With the reinforcement we were able to decrease the displacements of the drifts from (0.0097 to 0.0034) respecting the parameters of the E030 earthquake norm. Likewise, the period obtained was reduced from 1,061 to 0.421 seconds, thus achieving better conditions that allow a prudential reaction time of the occupants and evacuate before an earthquake. Designed the reinforcement of the beams with the technique of the cladding, the influence of the reinforcement design on the structural behavior with respect to the bending stress was determined, it was possible to demonstrate the favorable results and giving an improvement to the building, therefore our hypothesis is demonstrated The proposed design of the reinforcement of columns and beams with the technique of the cladding is shown that if it improves the structural behavior of a house located in the District of Puente Piedra. For this we must use reinforcement techniques before we can expand to more levels. Since in the test report with the sclerometer it was possible to verify that the house currently has a resistance f'c 160 kg / cm2 therefore it is prone to suffer damages before a severe earthquake.
