Revisión sistemática en la gestión de almacenes industriales

Abstract

La competencia es cada vez más dura en un mercado industrial, y lo más óptimo que se puede llevar es una muy buena gestión con un manejo logístico, en especial sus inventarios, minimizar costos y trabajar en la toma de decisiones que normalmente se hacen al momento de verificar sus productos. Existen diversos factores que crean deficiencia en almacén, eso es lo que genera demoras e ineficiencia, pues a través de sus sistema logístico dentro de lo que cabe del proceso son mínimamente estudiados, a pesar de ello muchas empresas dedicadas a este rubro industrial, a su comercialización, importación y distribución tanto como le restan importancia a este tipo de procesos y no se relacionan mucho con dicha área a estudiar. Hace mucha falta personas que se involucren en estos procesos .Para ello la revisión sistemática revisará e identificará los problemas desde que ingresa un producto al almacén hasta su distribución ya que en la gestión de almacenes industriales. El objetivo de la revisión sistemática es identificar la optimización en la gestión de almacenes industriales, mostrar, identificar cuáles son las tendencias que se utiliza para este tipo de trabajo en un almacén. La metodología es una investigación documental la cual nos permite los estudios de un tema y área específica, pues ha sido utilizado a través de investigadores pues crea mejoras y buenos resultados en las revisiones sistemáticas. En el trabajo se fundamenta la recopilación de información de las 10 revisiones sistemáticas que como mínimo se debería leer, clasificándolo de acuerdo al análisis, organización, autor, objetivos, resumen y concepto clave. Los resultados que se muestran actualmente en una gestión de almacenes industriales es que se requiere mayor enfoque en los procesos de mejora continua, entre ellos los principales son: revisar la gestión de stock, análisis de cada suministro, selección de materiales, que cada uno cumpla con los requerimientos e instrucciones de cada empresa industrial con nuevas políticas de inventarios y stocks para una buena mejora en dicha área de trabajo.

For this, the systematic review will review and identify the problems from the moment a product enters the warehouse to its distribution as in the management of industrial warehouses. The objective of the systematic review is to identify the optimization in the management of industrial warehouses, show, identify which trends are used for this type of work in a warehouse. The methodology is a documentary research which allows us to study a specific topic and area, since it has been used by researchers because it creates improvements and good results in systematic reviews. The work is based on the collection of information on the 10 systematic reviews that should at least be read, classified according to the analysis, organization, author, objectives, summary and key concept. The results that are currently shown in an industrial warehouse management is that it requires a greater focus in the processes of continuous improvement, among which the main ones are: review the management of stock, analysis of each supply, selection of materials, that each one fulfills with the requirements and instructions of each industrial company with new inventory and stock policies for a good improvement in that area of work.
