Plan de mantenimiento autónomo para optimizar el rendimiento en el área de producción en la empresa Cartones del Perú S.A.C

Abstract

La presente investigación por experiencia laboral, describe la aplicación del plan de mantenimiento autónomo para optimizar el rendimiento en el área de producción en la empresa Cartones del Perú S.A.C. Para lograr la optimización era necesario aplicar la metodología del mantenimiento autónomo con el fin de verificar las continuas paradas de máquinas, devoluciones de cajas por diferentes defectos (mal impresos, cajas mal pegadas, manchas de tintas, etc.), compras de repuestos de máquinas por mal cuidado operario, entre otros y así poder ayudar al área de producción a realizar sus funciones de una forma eficaz, eficiente y productiva. Por fallas que se presentaron en las máquinas se aplicaron metodologías como: 5w 1h, 5 porqués, diagrama de Ishikawa, Lección de un punto, entre otros, también se aplicaron estándares de limpieza, lubricación, ayudas visuales, etc. Es por ello que con la aplicación del mantenimiento autónomo a base de capacitaciones, seguimientos, evaluaciones, se vio como resultado mejoras en el rendimiento de las máquinas, empezó a bajar las devoluciones de los productos así como los costos de repuestos, más orden en cuanto al cumplimiento de las responsabilidades en los trabajos de los operadores y mantenimiento. En conclusión el Mantenimiento Autónomo es una herramienta eficaz para asegurar el cuidado de las máquinas, detectando desde un comienzo en muchas ocasiones las anomalías, teniendo como principal objetivo la incrementación de la productividad y así mismo elevar la moral de los trabajadores por sus logros y buenos hábitos de trabajos alcanzados.

The present investigation by labor experience, describes the application of the plan of autonomous maintenance to optimize the yield in the area of production in the company Cartones Del Perú S.A.C. To achieve the optimization it was necessary to apply the methodology of autonomous maintenance in order to verify the continuous stops of machines, returns of boxes for different defects (poorly printed, badly glued boxes, stains of inks, etc.), purchases of spare parts of machines due to poor care of the operator, among others, and thus be able to help the production area to perform its functions in an effective, efficient and productive way. For faults that were presented in the machines were applied methodologies such as: 5w 1h, 5 whys, Ishikawa diagram, Lesson of a point, among others, cleaning standards were applied, lubrication, visual aids, etc. That is why with the application of autonomous maintenance based on training, follow-ups, evaluations, it was seen as improvements in the performance of the machines, began to lower the returns of the products as well as the costs of spare parts, more order as to the fulfillment of the responsibilities in the works of the operators and maintenance. In conclusion the Autonomous Maintenance is an effective tool to ensure the care of the machines, detecting anomalies from the beginning on many occasions, with the main objective of increasing productivity and also raise the morale of workers for their achievements and good work habits achieved.
