Incidencia del uso del Drawback en las mypes exportadoras de prendas de vestir en el distrito de La Victoria, Lima durante el período 2015 - 2018

Abstract

La presente tesis tiene por objetivo describir de qué manera el uso del Drawback incide en las Micro y Pequeñas empresas exportadoras de Prendas de Vestir que están localizadas en el distrito de La Victoria, departamento Lima, Perú, para lo cual se ha realizado un análisis para corroborar la incidencia del uso del régimen aduanero. A lo largo de los años Perú ha sido uno de los principales exportadores a nivel mundial, sin embargo en los últimos años las exportaciones han bajado, para esto el Gobierno Peruano está poniendo en práctica diferentes maneras de seguir incentivando a las empresas y de esta manera estas continúen exportando. Uno de los incentivos es el régimen aduanero Drawback, si bien es cierto es muy beneficioso para los exportadores y les ayuda a ser empresas competitivas, son ellos mismos quienes no lo saben aplicar, es por esa razón que se decidió estudiar la incidencia del uso del Drawback en las MyPes exportadoras de Prendas de Vestir del distrito de La Victoria durante el periodo 2015 al 2018. Para demostrar la hipótesis de la investigación se ha tomado una muestra de seis Micro y Pequeñas empresas del distrito de La Victoria, departamento de Lima, quienes resolvieron un examen y entrevista. Las cuales han sido formuladas estratégicamente para evaluar la incidencia del uso del Drawback en sus empresas. En términos generales, los resultados obtenidos en el presente análisis indican que algunos de los empresarios de prendas de vestir del distrito de La Victoria no tienen un amplio conocimiento del Drawback. Por tal motivo, se han propuesto recomendaciones al final del presente trabajo de investigación.

The objective of this thesis is to describe how the use of the Drawback affects the Micro and Small exporting companies of Apparel that are located in the district of La Victoria, Lima, Peru, for which an analysis has been carried out, corroborate the incidence of the use of the customs regime. Throughout the years, Peru has been one of the main exporters worldwide, however in recent years exports have fallen, for this the Peruvian Government is putting into practice different ways to continue encouraging companies and in this way they continue exporting. One of the incentives is the Drawback customs regime, although it is true that it is very beneficial for exporters and helps them to be competitive companies, they are the ones who do not know how to apply it, that is why it was decided to study the incidence of the use of the Drawback in the exporting MyPes of Garments of the district of La Victoria during the period 2015 to 2018. To demonstrate the hypothesis of the investigation, a sample of six Micro and Small companies of the district of La Victoria, department of Lima, who resolved an examination and interview, was taken. Which have been strategically formulated to evaluate the incidence of the use of Drawback in their companies. In general terms, the results obtained in the present analysis indicate that some of the garment entrepreneurs of the La Victoria district do not have extensive knowledge of Drawback. For this reason, recommendations have been proposed at the end of this research work.
