Influencia del tiempo y del estiércol de gallina en la concentración de nitrógeno del compostaje obtenido por los residuos sólidos orgánicos del mercado Hermelinda, Trujillo, 2017

Abstract

RESUMEN El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar la influencia del tiempo y la cantidad de estiércol de gallina en la concentración de nitrógeno del compost obtenido por los residuos sólidos orgánicos del mercado Hermelinda, Trujillo, 2017. El tipo de investigación fue aplicada, donde se empleó un diseño experimental puro, en el que se manipula la variable independiente (cantidad de estiércol de gallina) y un grupo control (sin estiércol de gallina). Como muestra se extrajo un 1kg de compost por cada compostera, por lo que, se recopiló un total de 12 kg para sus respectivos análisis físicos y químicos. En la investigación se obtiene como resultados que el tiempo aplicado para la toma de los datos no presentan una diferencia significativa, es decir, que el tiempo no es una variable significativa que influya de manera positiva en el rendimiento del nitrógeno, además se identificó que la temperatura, humedad, potencial hidrógeno y oxígeno son componentes físicos y químicos que tienen una influencia en la concentración de nitrógeno durante la elaboración del compostaje de residuos sólidos orgánicos y estiércol de gallina.

ABSTRACT The objective of this research was to evaluate the influence of time and the amount of chicken manure on the nitrogen concentration of the compost obtained by organic solid waste from the Hermelinda, Trujillo, 2017 market. The type of research is applied where it was used a pure experimental design, in which the independent variable (quantity of chicken dung) and a control group (without chicken dung) are manipulated. As a sample, 1kg of compost was extracted for each compost, so a total of 12 kg was collected for specific analyzes. In the investigation, results are obtained that the time applied for the data collection does not present a significant difference, that is, that time is not a significant variable that has a positive influence on the nitrogen yield, it was also identified that the temperature, humidity, potential hydrogen and oxygen are physical and chemical components that have an influence on the concentration of nitrogen during the composting process of organic solid waste and chicken manure.
