Mejora de procesos en la gestión de proveedores para la reducción de costos en la adquisición de materias primas de una empresa manufacturera

Abstract

El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional que se presenta a continuación, desarrolla la propuesta en la gestión de proveedores para la reducción de costos en la adquisición de materias primas. Esto aplica en el área de Procuremt y compras de la Empresa. El objetivo del presente trabajo es evitar la selección de materias primas en la empresa, debido al alto porcentaje de merma (defectos no tolerados), en la adquisición de cada una de ellas, que los proveedores envían, y la reducción del uso de los códigos existentes en las nuevas propuestas de Diseño. El trabajo se divide en 4 capítulos: El primer capítulo, se desarrollan los antecedentes donde se presenta a la empresa, giro del negocio, y su entorno. Luego, la realidad problemática, donde se muestra la situación actual del problema que enfrenta el área del proceso. En seguida viene formulación del problema, la justificación y los objetivos. En cuanto a los objetivos, se muestra las actividades que se desea realizar, para alcanzar la meta de la propuesta que se plantea para la mejora. El segundo capítulo, el marco teórico donde se muestra la teoría y metodología que nos ayudará a realizar la solución del problema. En el tercer capítulo, está el Desarrollo, que nos muestra la aplicación a realizar, paso a paso, de la propuesta de mejora planteada. Es decir, todas las actividades que se requiere realizar para el desarrollo de la mejora en el proceso de gestión del Área. Luego, en el Cuarto Capítulo, presentamos los resultados esperados, de la propuesta que ha sido ejecutado en el desarrollo (cap.3). Por último, se presentan las conclusiones y recomendaciones finales del trabajo.

The present work of professional sufficiency that is presented below, develops a Proposal in the Management of Supplier for the reduction of costs in the acquisition of Raw materials. This applies in the area of Procurement and Purchases of the Company. The objective of this study is to avoid the selection of raw materials in the company, due to the high percentage of defects not tolerated, in the acquisition of each of them, that the suppliers send, and reducing the use of existing codes to the new design proposals. The proposal is divided into 4 chapters: The first chapter, the background is developed where the company is introduced, type of business, and its environment. Then, the present issues, where the current situation of the problem facing the process area is shown, formulation of the problem, justification and objectives. Regarding the objectives, the activities to be carried out are presented in order to achieve the goal of the proposal for improvement. The second chapter, the theoretical framework that shows the theory and methodology which will help us to solve the problem. In the third chapter, there is the Development that shows the application to carry out, step by step, the proposed improvement. Therefore, presenting all the activities that need to be done for the development of the improvement in the management process of the Area. Then, in the Fourth Chapter, we present the results of the proposal that has been implemented in development (chapter 3). Finally, the conclusions and final recommendations of the work.
