Aplicación de los principios de revitalización ambiental en el diseño de un complejo ecoturístico cultural en la ribera del río Moche - 2019

Abstract

La presente tesis propone la intervención urbana y el diseño arquitectónico de un Complejo Ecoturístico Cultural en la ribera del río Moche, para lo cual se pretende aplicar los principios de revitalización, específicamente las pautas sobre ecoturismo; buscando como fines últimos la recuperación, conservación y protección de un área natural de alto valor ecológico, la difusión de la cultura y del patrimonio además de cubrir el déficit de ciertos equipamientos en el Distrito de Moche, mejorando así la calidad de vida de la población receptora y contribuyendo al crecimiento del rubro turístico. La indagación sobre lo anterior mencionado determinó que la aplicación de los criterios de rehabilitación, conservación y sostenibilidad tiene relación directa con los objetivos planteados y arrojó que los sectores de La Barranca y Puente de Moche – Curva de Sun de la ribera del río Moche son las áreas más aptas para intervenir. Esta investigación se desarrolla a lo largo de cinco capítulos resolviéndose de manera descriptiva, desarrollando un marco teórico que engloba entre otras cosas la caracterización de la variable señalada y la caracterización del área de intervención, para que dichos conocimientos sean aplicados en el diseño del Complejo Ecoturístico Cultural además de describir finalmente el impacto que una infraestructura de este tipo pueda tener a nivel distrital y metropolitano.

This thesis proposes the urban intervention and architectural design of a Cultural Eco touristic Complex on the riverside of the Moche River, for which it is intended to apply the principles of revitalization, specifically the guidelines on ecotourism; seeking as the final goal the recovery, conservation and protection of a natural area of high ecological value, the dissemination of culture and heritage as well as covering the deficit of certain facilities in the Moche District, thus improving the quality of life of the population and contributing to the growth of tourism. The investigation of the above mentioned determined that the application of the criteria of integration with the ecological and physical environment and of integration with the cultural environment are directly related to the objectives set forth and also showed that the sectors of La Barranca and Puente de Moche – Curva de Sun of the banks of the Moche River are the best areas to intervene. This research is developed along five chapters in a descriptive way, developing a theoretical framework that includes, among other things, the characterization of the indicated variable and the characterization of the intervention area, so that such knowledge is applied in the design of the Cultural Eco touristic Complex besides finally describing the impact that such infrastructure could have at a district and metropolitan level.
