Medidas técnicas que limitan la exportación de cebolla amarilla dulce fresca en Shuman Produce Perú S.A.C. a Colombia, 2018

Abstract

Shuman Produce Perú S.A.C. es una empresa dedicada a la exportación desde el año 2006 a la producción y exportación de cebolla fresca a 15 mercados destinos como: Estados Unidos, Canadá, España, Perú, Holanda, Guatemala, entre otros. La empresa inició sus exportaciones de este vegetal en el 2014 vía terrestre y vía marítima desde el 2016 hasta el 2018.

El destino de la cebolla fresca está conformado por países de Europa, Norteamérica y Asia, de donde es originario. Su periodo de producción es en los meses de abril a junio y la cosecha es en los meses de agosto a noviembre. En relación de la cebolla amarilla dulce fresca, la mayor producción es en Ica con una participación del 12,8% a nivel nacional y a nivel provincial, 87,9%.

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar las medidas técnicas que limitan la exportación de la cebolla amarilla dulce fresca en Shuman Produce Perú S.A.C. a Colombia, 2018. Se concluyó que las medidas técnicas que limitan la exportación de la cebolla amarilla dulce fresca en Shuman Produce Perú S.A.C. a Colombia son: Medidas Sanitarias y Fitosanitarias, Obstáculos Técnicos al Comercio e Inspección Previa a la expedición.

Tras los resultados obtenidos se elaboraron recomendaciones enfocadas en las empresas exportadoras de cebolla amarilla dulce fresca, con el fin de tener mayor información para que en un futuro sepan afrontar esta restricción impuesta por Colombia a las exportaciones de este vegetal.

The company began its exports of this vegetable in 2014 by land and sea from 2016 to 2018.

The objective of this research is to analyze the technical measures that limit the export of fresh sweet yellow onion in Shuman Produce Perú S.A.C. to Colombia, 2018. It was concluded that the technical measures that limit the export of fresh sweet yellow onion in Shuman Produce Peru S.A.C. Colombia is: Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures, Technical Barriers to Trade and Pre-Shipment Inspection.

Following the results obtained, recommendations focused on the exporting companies of fresh sweet yellow onion were prepared, in order to have more information so that in the future they know how to face this restriction imposed by Colombia on exports of this vegetable.
