La geometría fractal de autosimilitud exacta aplicada en el diseño arquitectónico de un nuevo power center en Trujillo

Abstract

La presente tesis investiga “la geometría fractal de autosimilitud exacta” para ser aplicada en el diseño arquitectónico de un nuevo power center en Trujillo. Este estudio está basado en el comportamiento y tendencias de los nuevos centros comerciales, los cuales requieren ser diseñados pensando en la calidad espacial y la experiencia de compras que pueden brindar a sus usuarios; y en el estudio de las personas y sectores de la ciudad que necesitan este tipo de equipamiento. Se plantea un nuevo power center, ya que existe la demanda de proyectar un equipamiento de esta naturaleza para los sectores noroeste, noreste, suroeste, de la ciudad (Trujillo, El Porvenir, Florencia de Mora), y los distritos cercanos como Laredo, Moche y Salaverry. El proyecto busca suplir y satisfacer las carencias de los sectores que no presentan una cercanía casi inmediata con este tipo de equipamiento comercial; y a su vez mejorar la calidad espacial, otorgar un nuevo tipo de centro comercial en donde no sólo se concentre la función de venta sino también de mejorar la experiencia de compra, otorgando y brindando nuevas sensaciones al usuario a través de espacios, plazas y alamedas La investigación se detalla a través del estudio de la realidad problemática, antecedentes teóricos y arquitectónicos que desarrollan la variable de la propuesta y la normativa aplicada en el desarrollo y proyección del nuevo power center. Posteriormente, se enuncia el problema general y los problemas específicos que lo complementan, así como también la justificación teórica y aplicativa, las limitaciones, el objetivo general y objetivos específicos. Se realiza la formulación de la hipótesis y la operacionalizacion de la variable con sus dimensiones e indicadores. En el estudio de casos se analiza ejemplos arquitectónicos que contenga la variable de investigación, demostrando que es factible su aplicación en el proyecto arquitectónico; los cuales son analizados mediante un cuadro que indica cuales son los indicadores siendo aplicados. Finalmente, se elabora la propuesta arquitectónica, mediante gráficos y diagramas que ayuden a explicar y comprender el desarrollo de la propuesta arquitectónica.

This thesis investigates “the fractal geometry of exact self-similarity” to be applied in the architectural design of a new power center in Trujillo. This study is based on the behavior and trends of the new shopping centers, which need to be designed with the spatial quality and the shopping experience they can provide to their users; and in the study of the people and sectors of the city that need this type of equipment. A new power center is proposed, since there is a demand to project equipment of this nature for the northwest, northeast, southwest, sectors of the city (Trujillo, El Porvenir, Florencia de Mora), and the nearby districts such as Laredo, Moche and Salaverry. The project seeks to supply and satisfy the shortcomings of the sectors that do not present an almost immediate proximity with this type of commercial equipment; and at the same time improve the spatial quality, grant a new type of shopping center where not only the sales function is concentrated but also to improve the shopping experience, granting and providing new sensations to the user through spaces, squares and malls The research is detailed through the study of the problematic reality, theoretical and architectural antecedents that develop the variable of the proposal and the regulations applied in the development and projection of the new power center. Subsequently, the general problem and the specific problems that complement it are stated, as well as the theoretical and application justification, the limitations, the general objective and specific objectives. The formulation of the hypothesis and the operationalization of the variable with its dimensions and indicators are carried out. In the case study, architectural examples containing the research variable are analyzed, demonstrating that its application in the architectural project is feasible; which are analyzed by means of a table that indicates which are the indicators being applied. Finally, the architectural proposal is elaborated, by means of graphs and diagrams that help explain and understand the development of the architectural proposal.
