The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between family cohesion and adaptability and aggressiveness in 4th and 5th high school students. Likewise, a non-experimental study was considered, whose design was transversal correlational. The population for this research consisted of 131 students from a national school in the district of Independencia. For this process the technique that was used was the survey through psychometric tests, one of them the Faces III of the authors Olson, Portmer and Lavee that consists of 40 items, in the same way to measure the second variable the questionnaire was used of aggressiveness Buss and Perry, which consists of 29 items, both adapted in our country. Given its application, it is known that cohesion levels were very low (35.1%), low (29.8%), moderate (26.7%) and high (8.4%); on the other hand in the adaptability variable the levels were, very low (6.9%), low (13.7%), moderate (25.2%), and high (54.2%); Finally, the levels of aggressiveness were very low (13.6%), low (23.5%), medium (32.6%), high (25.0%) and very high (5.4%). About the correlation it is found that there is no direct relationship between the variables, however there is an inverse relationship between the variables investigated.es_PE
