Agresividad y empatía en estudiantes de 4° y 5° año de secundaria en una Institución Educativa del distrito de San Martín 2019

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación que existe entre las variables agresividad y empatía en estudiantes de 4to y 5to año del nivel secundaria de una institución educativa del distrito de San Martín. Para esto se tuvo como muestra a 117 estudiantes de ambos sexos entre edades de 14 y 17 años. Para medir las variables se utilizó dos instrumentos, el cuestionario de agresividad de Buss y Perry junto con el Cuestionario Básico de Empatía de Jolliffe y Farrintong. Los resultados obtenidos indican que no existe relación significativa entre ambas variables, de la misma manera con los factores de la agresividad y la variable empatía, además se halló que tanto los niveles de agresividad como los de empatía, tenían mayor porcentaje en el nivel medio.

The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the aggressiveness and empathy variables in students in the 4th and 5th year of the secondary level of an educational institution in the district of San Martín. For this, 117 students of both sexes between ages 14 and 17 were shown. Two instruments were used to measure the variables, the Buss and Perry aggressiveness questionnaire together with the Jolliffe and Farrintong Basic Empathy Questionnaire. The results obtained indicate that there is no significant relationship between both variables, in the same way with the factors of aggressiveness and the empathy variable, it was also found that both levels of aggressiveness and empathy, had a higher percentage in the average level.
