Aplicabilidad de filosofía Lean Manufacturing para la disminución de desperdicios en empresas manufactureras del sector cerámico: una revisión de la literatura científica periodo 2009-2019

Abstract

La revisión sistemática realizada en este estudio tiene como objetivo de recabar información referente a la aplicación de la filosofía Lean Manufacturing en empresas manufactureras en el sector cerámico para la disminución de desperdicios, Se considera una vigencia no mayor a 10 años (2009-2019). La metodología de la presente revisión sistemática con la selección de 96 artículos las cuales fueron filtrados por la guía PRISMA a través de la búsqueda con las palabras claves: Lean Manufacturing, reducción de desperdicios, cerámicas. Para hacer la selección final de 20 artículos. Como conclusión, la base de datos resultantes es: el 25 % son extraídos de a la página Scielo, 20 % Redalyc y 15 % de Researchgate. El tipo de estudio fue que el 60 % son de tipo aplicado con enfoque cuantitativo, 20 % son de tipo descriptivo, 15 % son de tipo pre experimental y 5 % de tipo descriptiva. El tiempo de vigencia es que el 25 % de los artículos corresponden al año 2013, 15 % para el año 2010 al igual que para el año 2015. Los países de origen fueron 60 % de India, en igual proporción 10 % países como Chile, Polonia, México, Brasil, Colombia.

The systematic review carried out in this study aims to gather information regarding the application of the Lean Manufacturing philosophy in manufacturing companies in the ceramic sector for waste reduction. It is considered valid for no more than 10 years (2009-2019). The methodology of this systematic review with the search of 96 articles which were filtered by the PRISMA guide to make the final selection of 20 articles with the keywords: Lean Manufacturing, waste reduction, ceramics. In conclusion, the resulting database was obtained: 25% are extracted from the Scielo page, 20% Redalyc and 15% from Researchgate. The type of study was that 60% are of the applied type with a quantitative approach, 20% are of the descriptive type, 15% are of the pre-experimental type and 5% of the descriptive type. The period of validity is that 25% of the articles correspond to the year 2013, 15% for the year 2010 as well as for the year 2015. The countries of origin were 60% of India, in the same proportion 10% countries like Chile, Poland, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia.
