Propuesta de mejora en gestión de Ingeniería de métodos para incrementar la productividad en la línea de producción de una empresa textil de la ciudad de Trujillo

Abstract

La investigación en desarrollo tiene por principal objetivo determinar el impacto de la propuesta de mejora en base a la ingeniería de métodos sobre la productividad en la línea de producción de una empresa textil de la ciudad de Trujillo en el 2020. El estudio es de tipo cuantitativo de grado diagnóstica y propositiva, como muestra se toma la línea de producción de una empresa textil de la ciudad de Trujillo. Las técnicas empleadas para el recojo de información fueron la observación directa, la encuesta y la revisión documentarias y para tratar los datos de hizo uso del diagrama de Ishikawa y el de Pareto. De las cuatro herramientas implementadas la que genera un mayor ahorro es el estudio de tiempos con S/42,515.07 por año. El estudio concluye que con el diagnóstico se identificó que en la actualidad la empresa está afrontando una pérdida de S/159,455.07 y que con la propuesta de mejora se consigue ahorrar S/60,938.13 por año y la productividad de la línea mejora en un 38.21%. económicamente la propuesta es rentable y viable ya el VAN es de S/20,378.54, la TIR de 72,27% y PRI 3.95 años.

The main objective of the development research is to determine the impact of the improvement proposal based on method engineering on productivity in the production line of a textile company in the city of Trujillo in 2020. The study is quantitative, Due to its design, it is experimental, pre-Experimental grade, and diagnostic and propositional grade, as a sample, the production line of a textile company in the city of Trujillo is taken. The techniques used to collect information were direct observation, survey and documentary review, and to treat the data, the Ishikawa and Pareto diagrams were used. Of the four tools implemented, the one that generates the greatest savings is the study of times with S / 42,515.07 per year. The study concludes that with the diagnosis it was identified that the company is currently facing a loss of S / 159,455.07 and that with the improvement proposal it is possible to save S / 60,938.13 per year and the productivity of the line improves by 38.21%. economically, the proposal is profitable and viable, since the VAN is S / 20,378.54, the TIR is 72.27% and the PRI in 3.95 years.
