Criterios de la terapia cognitivo conductual aplicados en el diseño de espacios socio-integrativos para un centro penitenciario de mujeres infractoras de la ley en la provincia de Trujillo

Abstract

La presente tesis tiene la finalidad de brindar parte de la solución social que se requiere en la ciudad, ya que la inseguridad ciudadana se está incrementando cada día, y cada día los establecimientos penitenciarios se van ocupando a tal grado que permite que exista un hacinamiento, perjudicando así la espacialidad antropológica que se requiere para que puedan desarrollar sus actividades, es por ello que se optó por considerar variables que influyan en el comportamiento humano, las cuales permitirán mediante un proceso de terapias que ellas mismas puedan reinsertarse a la sociedad. Por este motivo se propone el diseño de un Centro Penitenciario que es dirigido para las mujeres infractoras de la Ley en la Provincia de Trujillo, ya que actualmente son ingresadas a un establecimiento con un aforo que no favorece con la demanda existente, el objetivo es establecer de qué manera los criterios de la terapia cognitiva conductual determinan al diseño de espacios socio integrativos del objeto arquitectónico. Para esto, la investigación presente, por medio de recopilación de datos estadísticos e información fundamental, se analizó para centrar el problema que tiene la ciudad, determinando el análisis de las variables, regidos por los antecedentes encontrados de diferentes autores para poder establecer de qué manera la aplicación de estas variables influye para el diseño arquitectónico de los espacios del objeto arquitectónico para obtener como resultado una adecuada función. Asimismo, producto de este análisis y desarrollo, se logra determinar los criterios para la aplicación de la terapia cognitivo conductual en el diseño de espacios socio integrativos, basándose en la recuperación y formación para la reinserción social del convicto, donde es fundamental que en el proceso de sus actividades y estadía se desarrollen en espacios habitables para su pronta recuperación. Este objeto arquitectónico se ubicará en la periferia de la provincia de Ascope, Distrito de Chicama, en un área no tan cercana a los límites de la ciudad de Trujillo, este terreno cuenta con las valoraciones propuestas que debe de calificar para su función de Centro Penitenciario. Finalmente, los estudios obtuvieron como resultado la influencia directa que tiene la variable propuesta que se aplicara al proyecto, consiguiendo diferentes criterios de diseño para que la infraestructura mencionada obtenga los espacios necesarios y requeridos en relación con la necesidad del usuario.

The present thesis has the purpose of providing part of the social solution that is required in the city, since citizen insecurity is increasing every day, and every day the penitentiary establishments are being occupied to such an extent that it allows overcrowding, thus damaging the anthropological spatiality that is required so that they can develop their activities, which they will allow through a process of therapies that they themselves can reintegrate into society. For this reason, the design of a Penitentiary Center is proposed, which is aimed at women who violate the Law in the city of Trujillo, since they are currently admitted to an establishment with a capacity that does not favor the existing demand, the objective is to determine how the criteria of cognitive behavioral therapy determine the design of socio-integrative spaces of the architectural object. For this, the present research, through the collection of statistical data and fundamental information, was analyzed to focus the problem that the city has, determining the analysis of the variables, governed by the background found by different authors in order to establish how The application of these variables influences the application of the architectural design of the spaces of the architectural object to obtain as a result an adequate function. Likewise, as a result of this analysis and development, it is possible to determine the criteria for the application of cognitive behavioral therapy in the design of socio-integrative spaces, based on the recovery and training for the social reintegration of the convict, where it is essential that in the process of their activities and stay are developed in living spaces for their speedy recovery. This architectural object will be located on the outskirts of the province of Ascope, District of Chicama, in an area not so close to the limits of the city of Trujillo, this land has the proposed valuations that it must qualify for its function of Penitentiary Center for women. Finally, the studies obtained as a result the direct influence of the proposed variable that will be applied to the project, obtaining different design criteria so that the aforementioned infrastructure obtains the necessary and required spaces in relation to the user's need.
