Desarrollo de un sistema web y su influencia en el proceso de gestión de historias clínicas del centro odontológico Ilumident, 2018

Abstract

La investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la influencia del sistema web en el proceso de gestión de historias clínicas en el Centro Odontológico Ilumident, Lima, año 2018. Para lo cual se estudió y analizó el proceso de gestión de historias clínicas de un determinado periodo del año en mención. El método empleado en la investigación fue aplicada con un enfoque cuantitativo. Esta investigación utilizó para su propósito el diseño experimental de nivel cuasi experimental, se utilizó dos muestras conformadas por la información del centro odontológico, donde una muestra representará al grupo de control y la segunda representa al grupo experimento. Se recogió la información en un periodo específico que se desarrolló al aplicar el instrumento: cuestionario “Gestión de historias clínicas – ILUMIDENT”, el cual estuvo constituido por 16 preguntas distribuidas en dos dimensiones, con 03 alternativas cada una (1. Bajo, 2. Medio, 3. Alto; 1. Nunca, 2. Regularmente, 3. Siempre), estos datos se tabularon y procesaron en el paquete de software estadístico SPSS versión 2.1. Los resultados indican que el desarrollo de un sistema web tiene una influencia positiva en el proceso de gestión de historias clínicas del centro odontológico Ilumident, año 2018, puesto que el desarrollo del sistema web representó el 44,7% de la variación sobre la variable gestión de historias clínicas (sig. Bilateral 0.010 = < 0.05; Rho de Spearman =0.447).

The objective of the research is to determine the influence of the web system on the process of managing clinical records at the Ilumident Dental Center, Lima, year 2018. For which the process of managing clinical records for a certain period of the year was studied and analyzed In mention. The method used in the research was applied with a quantitative approach. This research used for its purpose the experimental design of quasi-experimental level, two samples were used made up of the information from the dental center, where one sample will represent the control group and the second represents the experiment group. The information was collected in a specific period that was developed when applying the instrument: questionnaire "Management of medical records - ILUMIDENT", which consisted of 16 questions distributed in two dimensions, with 03 alternatives each (1. Low, 2. Medium, 3. High; 1. Never, 2. Regularly, 3. Always), these data were tabulated and processed in the statistical software package SPSS version 2.1. The results indicate that the development of a web system has a positive influence on the process of management of medical records of the Ilumident dental center, year 2018, since the development of the web system represented 44.7% of the variation on the management variable of medical records (sig. Bilateral 0.010 = <0.05; Spearman's Rho = 0.447).
