Avance de la implementación del sistema de facturación electrónica en empresas comerciales ubicadas en Chorrillos durante el 2018

Abstract

El avance de la tecnología trae muchos beneficios al momento de digitalizar procesos, sin embargo, en el inicio, hay factores que pueden hacer demorar la implementación de un sistema, factores como el desconocimiento por parte de los usuarios, rechazo al cambio, problemas tecnológicos, entre otros. El presente estudio, “Avance de la implementación del sistema de facturación electrónica en empresas comerciales ubicadas en Chorrillos durante el 2018” tiene como objetivo principal describir el avance que se ha logrado en la implementación de la misma en las empresas delimitadas. Asimismo, se busca identificar los beneficios de la implementación del sistema de facturación electrónica y describir el uso del sistema de facturación electrónica como una herramienta para el control interno de los mismos contribuyentes. Finalmente, una vez realizado el análisis de la información académica, legal y la obtenida mediante las encuestas aplicadas, se explicarán los resultados a través de gráficos sobre cada una de las preguntas. Cabe resaltar que la principal limitación en la recolección de la información a través de las encuestas aplicadas fue la disponibilidad de tiempo de los representantes de cada empresa o del máximo responsable del área contable.

The advancement of technology brings many benefits when digitizing processes, however, in the beginning, there are factors that can delay the implementation of a system, factors such as lack of knowledge on the part of users, rejection of change, technological problems, among others. The present study, "Progress of the implementation of the electronic invoicing system in commercial companies located in Chorrillos during 2018" has as its main objective to describe the progress that has been achieved in the implementation of the same in the delimited companies. Likewise, it seeks to identify the benefits of the implementation of the electronic invoicing system and to describe the use of the electronic invoicing system as a tool for the internal control of the same taxpayers. Finally, once the analysis of the academic and legal information and the information obtained through the applied surveys has been carried out, the results will be explained through graphs on each of the questions. It should be noted that the main limitation in the collection of information through the surveys applied was the availability of time of the representatives of each company or of the head of the accounting area.
