Propuesta de implementación de un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo basada en la Norma ISO 45001:2018 para reducir riesgos en la empresa INSERGET S. R. L. Cajamarca-2020

Abstract

La presente tesis tiene como propósito realizar el diseño y descripción de una metodología que cumpla con los requisitos de la norma ISO 45001:2018 sobre el Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, todo este trabajo se realizara en la empresa INSERGET S.R.L., en el cual se aplicarán checklist para la obtención de resultados que la norma ISO 45001 solicita; con estos resultados se presentarán fundamentos teóricos basados en el ámbito legal, luego se mostraran las técnicas de recopilación de datos, materiales y todos los métodos para la investigación de la norma ISO 45001. Una vez implementada el Sistema de Gestión de Salud y Seguridad en el Trabajo se aplicarán nuevos checklist y entrevistas con el personal de la empresa para corroborar que la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Salud y Seguridad en el Trabajo cumple con las normas ISO 45001 en su totalidad. Por otro lado, se realizará la medición de los riesgos con la matriz IPERC para así obtener resultados de los riesgos en las diversas áreas de la empresa. Por último, se obtendrán resultados favorables que en un inicio la empresa no presentaba.

The purpose of this thesis is to carry out the design and description of a methodology that meets the requirements of the ISO 45001: 2018 standard on the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, all this work will be carried out in the company INSERGET SRL, in the which checklist will be applied to obtain the results required by ISO 45001; With these results, theoretical foundations based on the legal field will be presented, then the data collection techniques, materials and all the methods for the investigation of the ISO 45001 standard will be shown. Once the Occupational Health and Safety Management System is implemented, new checklists and interviews will be applied with company personnel to verify that the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Management System complies with ISO 45001 standards in full. On the other hand, the risk measurement will be carried out with the IPERC matrix in order to obtain results of the risks in the various areas of the company. Finally, favorable results will be obtained that the company did not present at the beginning.
