Propuesta de un hospital materno infantil integrando los sistemas pasivos de ventilación e iluminación natural en el distrito de Huacho - 2021

Abstract

La presente investigación integrará estrategias pasivas de iluminación y ventilación en un hospital materno infantil Categoría III-E, ubicado en la ciudad de Huacho. En el primer capítulo se presentará la realidad problemática, en el que se describe la situación actual del servicio de salud, la cobertura a nivel regional y provincial de los establecimientos sanitarios, además de analizar la gestión de recursos básicos en las edificaciones del sector salud. Posterior a ello, se muestran los objetivos y la justificación del objeto arquitectónico, determinando el alcance del nuevo equipamiento a proponer, así como el estudio de la población insatisfecha. A continuación, se expone el marco teórico, en donde se incluyen las definiciones, la normativa y las teorías arquitectónicas sobre los sistemas pasivos y el diseño hospitalario; luego, se presentarán los referentes arquitectónicos, la metodología de investigación y la matriz de consistencia, en donde se definirán las dimensiones, y los indicadores que se emplearán en esta investigación, mostrando al final de este capítulo los resultados del análisis junto con los lineamientos de diseño. Seguidamente, se dará inicio a la etapa proyectual, en donde se presentará el estudio del emplazamiento para el proyecto, así como los criterios de diagnóstico, posteriormente se mostrará el partido arquitectónico, en el cual se incluye el análisis del usuario y la idea rectora; luego, se detallará la propuesta arquitectónica, en base a los planos desarrollados e imágenes 3d, junto con esquemas referenciales, especificando las estrategias planteadas en base al análisis realizado en los capítulos anteriores. Finalmente, en la última parte se mostrarán las conclusiones y recomendaciones de la investigación, junto con los anexos, los cuales complementan el estudio realizado previamente. La investigación permitirá difundir la aplicación de los sistemas pasivos, optimizando la gestión de recursos energéticos, creando espacios con mayores niveles de confortabilidad para sus diferentes tipos de usuario, más “humanizables”, con el fin de descentralizar la cobertura del servicio de salud y la tasa de morbilidad hospitalaria.

This research will integrate passive lighting and ventilation strategies in a maternal and child hospital - Category III-E, placed in the city of Huacho. In the first chapter, it will be presented the problematic reality, the failures of the health service, the coverage of this service at regional and provincial level, as well as the analysis of the management of basic resources in the hospitals buildings. Subsequently, the objectives and justification of the architectural object are shown, determining the scope of the new equipment to be proposed, as well as the study of the unsatisfied population. Next, the theoretical framework is described, including the definitions regulations and architectural theories on passive systems and hospital design; then the architectural references, research methodology and consistency matrix will be presented, defining the dimensions and indicators that will be used in this research, showing at the end of this chapter the results of the analysis together with the design guidelines. Subsequently, the project stage will begin, presenting the study of the site for the project, as well as the diagnostic criteria, then, the architectural match will be exposed, including the analysis of the user and the guiding idea; Afterwards, the architectural proposal is detailed, based on the layouts developed and 3D images, together with reference schemes, specifying the strategies proposed based on the analysis carried out in the previous chapters. Finally, the last part will show the conclusions and recommendations of the research, together with the annexes, which complement the study carried out previously. This research project will make it possible to disseminate the application of passive systems, optimising the management of energy resources, creating spaces with higher levels of comfort for different types of users, more "humanisable", with the aim of decentralising health service coverage and the hospital morbidity rate.
