Hotel 4 estrellas e instituto de formación turística en Santa Rosa de Quives para el desarrollo ecoturístico de la provincia Canta

Abstract

La provincia de Canta, basa su economía en el turismo y en actividades agrícolas. Sin embargo, el sector turístico se mantiene por sus atractivos y no por los servicios brindados. Además, en las zonas donde se muestra interés por las autoridades y empresarios, se genera el fenómeno de turistificación, que prioriza al turista antes que el desarrollo de las localidades. Por estas razones, se propone crear arquitectura que favorezca el buen desarrollo del ecoturismo, el cual busca la mejora de la localidad preservando la vida del poblador, sus costumbres, comidas, festividades, naturaleza y todo lo encontrado en el entorno. El instituto propuesto, brinda a los estudiantes la posibilidad de elegir carreras afines al turismo, para mejorar los servicios de las pequeñas empresas locales. Asimismo, en el auditorio se dictarán charlas y cursos informativos para capacitar a los pobladores y generar conciencia sobre ecoturismo. Luego, la propuesta de hotel busca captar ecoturistas, que son personas que valoran y practican los principios del ecoturismo, brindándole espacios informativos como sala de exposiciones y taller educativo. A su vez, el traer este tipo de turistas cambiará la forma de ver turismo en la provincia. El proyecto integral está emplazado en un terreno en pendiente, donde los bloques siguen las curvas de nivel, adaptándose al terreno y manteniendo volúmenes que no afecten al entorno. El instituto se ubica en las zonas de menor inclinación de terreno y cercanas a la carretera, para facilitar el acceso rápido de estudiantes de otras poblaciones sin afectar la vida local. Además, el hotel aprovecha las pendientes del terreno para crear las visuales hacia la naturaleza como montañas y río. Por último, se formaron espacios exteriores a los bloques que sirven de conexión entre espacios públicos existentes con los propuestos, donde se facilitan las actividades que favorezcan el desarrollo ecoturístico.

The Canta´s province bases its economy on tourism and agricultural activities. However, the tourism sector is maintained by its attractions and not by the services provided. Also, in areas where interest is shown by the authorities and businessmen, the phenomenon of touristification is generated, which prioritizes tourists before the development of the localities. For these reasons, it is proposed to create architecture that favors the good development of ecotourism, which seeks to improve the town while preserving the life of the population, its customs, food, festivities, nature and everything found in the environment. The proposed institute, giving students the possibility to choose careers related to tourism, to improve the services of local small businesses. Likewise, talks and informative courses will be held in the auditorium to train residents and raise awareness about ecotourism. Then, the hotel proposal seeks to attract ecotourists, who are people who value and practice the principles of ecotourism, providing informative spaces such as an exhibition hall and educational workshop. In turn, bringing this type of tourists changes the way of seeing tourism in the province. The integral project is located on a sloping terrain, where the blocks follow are the contour lines, adapting to the terrain and maintaining volumes that do not affect the environment. The institute is located in the areas with the lowest land inclination and close to the road, to facilitate the quick access of students from other populations without affecting local life. Also, the hotel takes advantage of the slopes of the terrain to create views to nature such as mountains and rivers. Finally, spaces were formed on the exteriors of the blocks that serve as connection between public spaces with those proposed was formed, where activities that favor ecotourism development are facilitated.
