Propuesta en gestión de mantenimiento preventivo para reducir costos operativos del sistema de aire acondicionado de una tienda de mejoramiento del hogar, Trujillo, 2021

Abstract

El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo general aplicar la propuesta de mejora en la gestión de mantenimiento del sistema de aire acondicionado del almacén de una tienda de mejoramiento del hogar, en la ciudad de Trujillo mediante el uso de herramientas de ingeniería industrial para reducir sus costos operativos, ya sean por set point muy bajo, deficiente aislamiento de la tienda, retraso en mantenimiento de filtros, falta de capacitación y deficiente programación del mantenimiento. Planteado el problema, objetivos, hipótesis y variables, se hizo uso de la termodinámica relacionada con transferencia de calor, así como la gestión de mantenimiento, relacionada con el flujograma para toma de decisiones, de igual manera, se tuvo como herramienta el estudio de trabajo, como método el DOP y camino crítico y capacitación de estudio del trabajo, dichas propuestas de mejora se aplicaron a cada una de las causas raíz que presentaba la empresa mediante el diagrama Ishikawa, enfocándose en las que tienen mayor impacto en los costos operativos de la empresa con un total de cinco. Las propuestas de mejora se basaron en la implementación de herramientas de ingeniería industrial, implementando dichas mejoras, se obtendría una ganancia total de S/27,292, de las cuales, al aplicar termodinámica se obtuvo un beneficio de S/8,480, al emplear Gestión de mantenimiento, un beneficio de S/9,979 y, al aplicar Estudio del trabajo, un beneficio de S/8,833. Implementando dichas mejoras, se redujo el costo operativo de S/90,921 a S/63,628. El VAN fue S/5,206. El TIR, 69.910%; El Beneficio-Costo 1.76 y el Periodo de Retorno de Inversión (PRI), 6 meses. Estos indicadores demuestran la conveniencia de la propuesta.
