Ventilación natural pasiva aplicados al diseño del Instituto Tecnológico del Cuero, El Porvenir – Trujillo – La Libertad, 2021

Abstract

El primer capítulo de la presente investigación tiene fin de estudio la importancia de las actividades manufactureras en el rubro del calzado, ya que se registraron diversos inconvenientes, uno de ellos es la falta de mano de obra calificada y el segundo que no tienen un espacio adecuado para desarrollar correctamente sus actividades industriales, estos espacios carecen de ventilación natural pasiva, por ende, se aplican lineamiento de la variable al proyecto de un Instituto Tecnológico del cuero en el distrito de El Porvenir, Trujillo - La Libertad. La metodología usada de la presente investigación, se analizaron cuatro casos que corresponden a los lineamientos de ventilación pasiva y dos casos en los que se determina criterios de diseño para el Instituto de Tecnológico del cuero. Ambos son de vital importancia, ya que, presentan resultados que involucran el diseño del hecho arquitectónico. En consecuencia, se elaboró la idea rectora con las siguientes consideraciones: la orientación del hecho arquitectónico debe ser al norte, utilizar el 25% del área total para vanos y entre el 7% a 10% del área para la abertura de los mismos. Además, se utilizarán elementos constructivos que permitan el paso del viento y la se empleara la configuración arquitectónica lineal en toda la edificación. Finalmente, para aplicar la ventilación natural pasiva que incide en el diseño de un Instituto Tecnológico de la Tecnológico del cuero, El Porvenir – Trujillo – La Libertad, fue preciso determinar que la aplicación de la variable ventilación natural pasiva y sus lineamientos: criterios de aire interior, los mecanismos constructivos y la configuración espacial condicionan el diseño del proyecto de estudio, de esta manera lograr realizar un investigación que permita al investigador obtener su título profesional de arquitectura.

The first chapter of this research aims to study the importance of manufacturing activities in the footwear sector, since various inconveniences were registered, one of them is the lack of qualified labor and the second that they do not have an adequate space to properly develop their industrial activities, these spaces lack passive natural ventilation, therefore, the variable guidelines are applied to the project of an Institute of leather production in the district of El Porvenir, Trujillo - La Libertad. The methodology used in the present investigation, analyzed four cases that correspond to passive ventilation guidelines and two cases in which design criteria are determined for the Institute of leather production. Both are of vital importance, since they present results that involve the design of the architectural fact. Consequently, the guiding idea was elaborated with the following considerations: the orientation of the architectural fact must be to the north, use 25% of the total area for openings and between 7% and 10% of the area for their opening. In addition, construction elements that allow the passage of the wind will be used and the linear architectural configuration will be used throughout the building. Finally, to apply passive natural ventilation that affects the design of a Technological Institute of Leather production, El Porvenir - Trujillo - La Libertad, it was necessary to determine that the application of the passive natural ventilation variable and its guidelines: air criteria The interior, the constructive mechanisms and the spatial configuration determine the design of the study project, thus achieving an investigation that allows the researcher to obtain his professional degree in architecture.
