Abstract

En el presente examen "Utilización del dispositivo BIM (Revit) en el desarrollo de alojamientos multifamiliares para mejorar los gastos y los tiempos del proyecto", cuyo objetivo es decidir y evaluar los avances en el desarrollo del proyecto multifamiliar utilizando el aparato BIM, se utilizó una población compuesta por 3 expertos en la utilización de la metodología BIM y una inspección estadística no probabilística. La información se recogió a través del método de revisión utilizando la encuesta como instrumento, que consta de 10 preguntas en la escala de Likert. El instrumento fue aprobado mediante juicio maestro y se determinó su fiabilidad utilizando el coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach. Una vez recopilada la información, se trató con el SPSS V. 25.
