Influencia del Síndrome de Burnout en el desempeño laboral de los docentes del IESPP Indoamérica-Trujillo, 2019

Abstract

Esta investigación tuvo como propósito establecer si el Síndrome de Burnout influye en el desempeño laboral de los docentes del IESPP Indoamérica, Trujillo 2019. La población abarcó a 70 docentes investigados y una muestra a 52, obtenido mediante un muestreo probabilístico por aleatorización. El tipo de investigación fue predictiva, porque se orientó a comprobar si el modelo de regresión logística ordinal del desempeño laboral, tiene la probabilidad de ser explicada, por el Síndrome de Burnout. La técnica prevista fue la administración del test; la cual recogió información del Síndrome de Burnout y desempeño laboral, desde la percepción de los docentes investigados, mediante el Inventario de Maslach (2004) y el Inventario de referencial docente de Rosana Choy Vessoni (2017), ambos adaptados. Finalmente, el Síndrome de Burnout influye inversamente en el desempeño laboral de los docentes investigados.

The purpose of this research was to establish whether the Burnout Syndrome influences the work performance of the teachers of the IESPP Indoamérica, Trujillo 2019. The population comprised 70 investigated teachers and a sample of 52, obtained through probabilistic randomization sampling. The type of research was predictive, because it was aimed at verifying whether the ordinal logistic regression model of job performance has the probability of being explained by Burnout Syndrome. The planned technique was the administration of the test; which collected information on the Burnout Syndrome and work performance, from the perception of the investigated teachers, through the Maslach Inventory (2004) and the Rosana Choy Vessoni Teacher Reference Inventory (2017), both adapted. Finally, the Burnout Syndrome inversely influences the job performance of the teachers investigated.
