Propuesta de mejora en la gestión logística para incrementar la rentabilidad de una empresa agrícola, Trujillo 2020

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar el impacto de la propuesta de mejora en la gestión de logística sobre la rentabilidad de una empresa agroindustrial. Al iniciar el estudio en primer lugar, se analizó la situación actual de la empresa, encontrándose como problemáticas principales el deficiente pronóstico de ventas, deficiente gestión de transporte, deficiente gestión de abastecimiento y desorden, lo cual genera una baja rentabilidad para la organización. Seguidamente se hizo uso de la encuesta, entrevistas, análisis de documentos y observación de campo, finalmente se analizaron los costos después de la propuesta de mejora. Los resultados obtenidos fueron analizados mediante el procesamiento de datos en hojas de cálculo, utilizando herramientas de gestión, mediante los cuales se elaboraron los pronósticos MAD, Solver, ABC, EOQ y 5’S; todo esto para incrementar la rentabilidad a partir de los problemas mencionados anteriormente. Donde las ventas perdidas se redujeron a S/2,132, la optimización de la asignación de fletes se redujo a S/ 843,045, haciendo uso del método ABC y el lote económico de compra se redujo las compras reactivas a S/ 1,083 y mediante el empleo de las 5S, se espera reducir la pérdida de materiales a S/ 810. Por otro lado, se tuvo un incremento de rentabilidad del 0.26%, un VAN de S/ 13,125, un TIR de 73.43 %, B/C de 1,78 y se determinó que la inversión se recuperará en 6 meses. Por lo cual, se concluye que esta propuesta es factible y rentable para la empresa agroindustrial .

The general objective of this research work was to determine the impact of the proposed improvement in logistics management on the profitability of the agro-industrial company. When starting the study in the first place, the current situation of the company was analyzed, finding as main problems the poor sales forecast, poor transportation management, poor supply management and disorder, which generates low profitability for the organization. Then the survey, interviews, document analysis and field observation were used, finally the costs were analyzed after the improvement proposal. The results obtained were analyzed through data processing in spreadsheets, using management tools, through which the MAD, Solver, ABC, EOQ and 5'S forecasts were elaborated; all this to increase profitability from the problems mentioned above. Where lost sales were reduced to S / 2,132, the optimization of freight allocation was reduced to S / 843,045, making use of the ABC method and the economic purchase lot reduced reactive purchases to S / 1,083 and through the use of in the 5S, it is expected to reduce the loss of materials to S / 810. On the other hand, there was an increase in profitability of 0.26%, a NPV of S / 13,125, an IRR of 73.43%, B / C of 1.78 and it was determined that the investment will be recovered in 6 months. Therefore, it is concluded that this proposal is feasible and profitable for the agro-industrial company.
