La interrelación funcional de espacios flexibles aplicado en el diseño arquitectónico de la Escuela Regional de Artes Visuales para la ciudad de Trujillo

Abstract

Las edificaciones que se encuentran dentro del sector educativo ofrecen la realización de actividades relacionadas con la capacitación ya sea académica o profesional, con la intención de dar una atención óptima y ofrecer una educación acorde a la necesidad de los usuarios, dentro de estos se encuentran de tipo en artes visuales, ya sea dentro de las universidades, institutos o escuelas regionales de alguna urbanización. El presente documento tiene como objetivo determinar ¿De qué manera la interrelación funcional de espacios flexibles condiciona el diseño arquitectónico de una Escuela regional de artes visuales en Trujillo?, basados en la búsqueda de crear espacios

óptimos para la funcionalidad de las actividades de educación dentro de ambientes bien de forma arquitectónica. Para esto se estará realizando el análisis de diferentes casos arquitectónicos en donde se pueden apreciar el uso de espacios flexibles y su relación con el diseño arquitectónico, para el óptimo diseño de espacios, finalmente se obtuvieron diferentes lineamientos de diseño para el objeto arquitectónico. Por otro lado, se analizaron datos estadísticos sobre la demanda de estudiantes anuales en los diferentes establecimientos de educación del distrito para su proyección al año 2051, obteniéndose el dimensionamiento y envergadura del proyecto. Finalmente, se desarrolló el programa arquitectónico respectivo y se determinó el área de terreno requerido para emplazar el objeto arquitectónico de la presente tesis de investigación.

The buildings that are within the educational sector offer the realization of activities related to training, whether academic or professional, with the intention of giving optimal attention and offering an education according to the needs of the users, within these are type in visual arts, either within the universities, institutes or regional schools of some urbanization. The objective of this document is to determine how the functional interrelation of flexible spaces conditions the architectural design of a Regional School of Visual Arts in Trujillo, based on the search to create optimal spaces for the functionality of educational activities within environments well architecturally. For this, the analysis of different architectural cases will be carried out where the use of flexible spaces and their relationship with architectural design can be appreciated, this for the optimal design of spaces, finally different design guidelines for the architectural object were obtained. On the other hand, statistical data on the demand of annual students in the different educational establishments of the district were analyzed for its projection to the year 2051, obtaining the dimensioning and scope of the project. Finally, the respective architectural program was developed and the area of land required to locate the architectural object of this research thesis was determined.
