Ansiedad y resiliencia en estudiantes universitarios de una universidad de Lima Norte, 2021

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo determinar la relación entre ansiedad y resiliencia en estudiantes universitarios de una universidad de Lima norte en 2021. De tipo cuantitativo de alcance descriptivo correlacional, con un diseño de investigación no experimental y corte transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por un total de 51 estudiantes de la carrera de psicología de una universidad de Lima norte, a quienes se les aplicaron los instrumentos Inventario de Ansiedad Estado-Rasgo (STAI, 1982) y la Escala de Resiliencia de Wagnild y Young (1993). Los resultados evidenciaron relaciones significativas, inversas y moderadas entre ansiedad rasgo (p=.022; r=-.321) y ansiedad estado (p=.004; r=-.396) con resiliencia, siendo posible concluir que niveles bajos de ansiedad rasgo o estado podrían relacionarse con niveles altos de Resiliencia.

This research aims to determine the relationship between anxiety and resilience in university students from a university from northern Lima in 2021. For this purpose, a non-experimental research design of a correlational and cross-sectional type was used. The sample consisted of a total of 51 students from the psychology career of a university from northern Lima, which solve the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI, 1982) instruments and the Wagnild and Young Resilience Scale (1993). The results showed significant, inverse, and moderate relationships between Trait anxiety (p=.022; r =-.321) and state anxiety (p= .004; r=-.396) with resilience, being possible to conclude that low levels of Anxiety Trait or Status could be related to high levels of resilience.
