Implementación de una aplicación web y su influencia en la gestión de la biblioteca ESFA Mario Urteaga Alvarado de Cajamarca

Abstract

La presente tesis detalla el desarrollo de una Aplicación Web y su influencia en la gestión de la biblioteca ESFA Mario Urteaga Alvarado de Cajamarca, debido a que la situación previa al desarrollo de la aplicación web, presentaba deficiencias en cuanto al manejo de la información, el uso de ejemplares y el uso de fuentes. El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar la influencia de una aplicación web en la gestión de la biblioteca ESFA MUA Cajamarca. Por ello se describe previamente aspectos teóricos de lo que es el proceso de gestión de biblioteca. Para el desarrollo del sistema web, se empleó la metodología SCRUM, por adaptarse de forma sencilla a las necesidades y fases que requiere el desarrollo del sistema web, además se utilizó el lenguaje de programación PHP versión 7, asociada al framework 2.4 y como gestor de base de datos se utilizó SQL SERVER versión 15 (2019). El tipo de investigación es aplicada, el diseño de la investigación es pre experimental y el enfoque es cuantitativo. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta, como instrumento se utilizó el cuestionario, los cuales fueron validados por expertos en el tema. Después de realizarse las pruebas de pre-test y post-test, con respecto al nivel de gestión de los trabajadores de la biblioteca al inicio se tuvo el 40% el cual era bueno y luego de la aplicación tuvo un cambio positivo, ya que el 100% fue bueno. Se concluye que la aplicación Web influyó de manera positiva en la gestión de biblioteca en la ESFA Mario Urteaga de Cajamarca.

This thesis details the development of a web application and its influence on the management of the ESFA Mario Urteaga Alvarado library in Cajamarca, due to the fact that the situation prior to the development of the web application presented deficiencies in the management of information, the use of copies and the use of sources. The objective of this research was to determine the influence of a web application in the management of the library ESFA MUA Cajamarca. Therefore, theoretical aspects of the library management process are described beforehand. For the development of the web system, the SCRUM methodology was used, to adapt in a simple way to the needs and phases required for the development of the web system, in addition the programming language PHP version 7 was used, associated with the framework 2.4 and SQL SERVER version 15 (2019) was used as database manager. The type of research is applied, the research design is pre-experimental and the approach is quantitative. The data collection technique was the survey, as an instrument the questionnaire was used, which were validated by experts in the field. After the pre-test and post-test, with respect to the management level of the library workers, at the beginning there was 40% which was good and after the application there was a positive change since 100% was good. It is concluded that the Web application had a positive influence on library management at ESFA Mario Urteaga de Cajamarca.
