Nivel de conocimiento y actitudes de la madre en anemia por deficiencia de hierro en menores de 5 años de la Institución Educativa Privada San Marcos Chancay - 2022

Abstract

La Presente investigación, titulada: “NIVEL DE CONOCIMIENTO Y ACTITUDES DE LA MADRE EN ANEMIA POR DEFICIENCIA DE HIERRO EN MENORES DE 5 AÑOS DE LA INSTITUCIÓN EDUCATIVA PRIVADA SAN MARCOS - CHANCAY 2022”. Se realiza con el objetivo de Determinar el nivel de conocimiento y actitudes de la madre de niños menores de 5 años en anemia por deficiencia de hierro. La población estará conformada por 71 madres con sus respectivos niños menores de 5 años. La investigación es de enfoque cuantitativo – Tipo descriptivo. no experimental con corte trasversal. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron un cuestionario. Los resultados evidencian que del 100% de madres, el 62% tiene un nivel de conocimiento medio en la anemia por deficiencia de hierro mostrando una actitud desfavorable. Mientras que el 44% tiene un nivel de conocimiento bajo con una actitud desfavorable y el 36% tiene nivel de conocimiento alto optando por respuestas correctas sobre la anemia con una actitud favorable. Con respecto a la dimensión alimentos ricos en hierro el 75% de las madres de 36 a 40 años tienen un nivel de conocimiento alto, el 47% de las madres de 18 a 19 años tienen un nivel de conocimiento medio y el 46% de las madres de 18 a 19 años obtienen un nivel de conocimiento bajo. El 74% de madres de 18 a 19 años obtuvieron una actitud desfavorable y el 65% de las madres de 40 años a más obtuvo una actitud favorable durante la intervención. En conclusión, la mayoría de madre tiene un nivel de conocimiento medio sobre la anemia por deficiencia de hierro.

The instruments used were a questionnaire. The results show that 100% of mothers, 62% have a medium level of knowledge in iron deficiency anemia showing an unfavorable attitude. While 44% have a low level of knowledge with an unfavorable attitude and 36% have a high level of knowledge opting for correct answers about anemia with a favorable attitude. Regarding the iron-rich foods dimension, 75% of mothers from 36 to 40 years old have a high level of knowledge, 47% of mothers from 18 to 19 years old have a medium level of knowledge and 46% of mothers from 18 to 19 years old obtained a low level of knowledge. 74% of mothers aged 18 to 19 obtained an unfavorable attitude and 65% of mothers aged 40 and over obtained a favorable attitude during the intervention. In conclusion, most mothers have a medium level of knowledge about iron deficiency anemia.
