Propuesta de un centro residencial gerontológico basado en la geometría fractal lineal en el distrito de Moche - 2021

Abstract

En el presente documento de investigación, se busca establecer criterios de diseño arquitectónicos que repercutirán en la propuesta de un “Centro Residencial Gerontológico para el adulto mayor basado en la geometría fractal lineal en la Distrito de Moche 2021”. Teniendo en cuenta los lineamientos finales del diseño arquitectónico, resultado del exhaustivo análisis entre los lineamiento técnico y lineamientos teóricos, producto de una investigación no experimental, siendo la fuente: referentes internacionales, libros, guías, la normatividad peruana y documentación perteneciente al objeto arquitectónico. Para el emplazamiento, se usó los criterios técnicos de elección del terreno y de la propuesta, se tuvo en consideración el análisis del lugar y las premisas de diseño, siempre de la mano con variable en su búsqueda de cercanía y lejanía de la funcionalidad de los ambientes, el cual está orientado al diseño urbano y arquitectónico especialmente dirigido a mejorar la calidad de vida y bienestar para los adultos mayores, con esta investigación se busca generar un correcto planteamiento y desarrollo del proyecto.

In this research document, it is sought to establish architectural design criteria that will affect the proposal of a "Gerontological Residential Center for the elderly based on linear fractal geometry in the District of Moche 2021". Taking into account the final guidelines of the architectural design, the result of the exhaustive analysis between the technical guidelines and theoretical guidelines, the product of a non-experimental investigation, the source being: international references, books, guides, Peruvian regulations and documentation belonging to the architectural object. For the location, the technical criteria for choosing the land and the proposal were used, the analysis of the place and the design premises were taken into consideration, always hand in hand with variables in their search for proximity and distance from the functionality of the buildings. environments, which is oriented to urban and architectural design especially aimed at improving the quality of life and well-being for the elderly, with this research it seeks to generate a correct approach and development of the project.
