Comportamiento sexual durante el embarazo en gestantes usuarias del Centro de Salud Tupac Amaru de Lima en el año 2021

Abstract

La sexualidad durante la gestación es un tema controversial lleno de tabúes e intrigas, por ello es primordial evaluar como se ve afectado e incluso reprimido durante el embarazo, cada persona tiene una manera diferente de manifestar su sexualidad; así como en cada trimestre de embarazo el deseo, la frecuencia y las posiciones sexuales varían para acomodarse a los cambios que se presentan. El objetivo es describir el comportamiento sexual durante el embarazo en gestantes usuarias del Centro de Salud Tupac Amaru de Lima. Esta investigación es del tipo transversal, descriptivo-observacional con diseño prospectivo cuantitativo. La población fue de 120 con una muestra de 61 gestantes, donde se aplicó un cuestionario de 18 preguntas. Se determinó que en el segundo trimestre el deseo sexual de las gestantes alcanzó su máximo con un 61%, y; asi mismo en el segundo trimestre la frecuencia sexual alcanzó su máximo con un 61%, por otro lado posición sexual preferida en el primer trimestre es “hombre arriba” con 57%, en el segundo trimestre es “mujer arriba” con 34% y en el tercer trimestre la posición “de costado” con 56%. Se concluyó que el comportamiento sexual de las gestantes varia significativamente durante cada trimestre de embarazo debido a los notables cambios que se dan en esta etapa.

Sexuality during pregnancy is a controversial subject full of taboos and intrigues, so it is essential to evaluate how it is affected and even repressed during pregnancy, each person has a different way of expressing their sexuality; as well as in each trimester of pregnancy the desire, frequency and sexual positions vary to accommodate the changes that occur. The objective is to describe the sexual behavior during pregnancy in pregnant users of the Tupac Amaru Health Center in Lima. This research is of the cross-sectional, descriptive-observational type with a quantitative prospective design. The population was 120 with a sample of 61 pregnant women, where a questionnaire of 18 questions was applied. It was determined that in the second trimester the sexual desire of pregnant women reached its maximum with 61%, and; Likewise, in the second trimester the sexual frequency reached its maximum with 61%, on the other hand preferred sexual position in the first trimester is "man on top" with 57%, in the second trimester it is "woman on top" with 34% and in the third quarter the “sideways” position with 56%. It was concluded that the sexual behavior of pregnant women varies significantly during each trimester of pregnancy due to the notable changes that occur at this stage.
