Turismo responsable en los Humedales de Ventanilla en la provincia del Callao 2023

Abstract

El objetivo principal del estudio fue determinar la importancia de aplicar el turismo responsable en los humedales de ventanilla de la provincia de Callao 2023, asimismo, como estos podrían influir en el desarrollo de actividades y practicas responsables en pro de la conservación del lugar minimizando los impactos negativos, es por ello que se busca responder la siguiente pregunta de investigación: ¿Cuál es la importancia de aplicar el turismo responsable en los humedales de ventanilla en la provincia de callao 2023? Lo cual dicha pregunta es un índice que genera gran impacto no solo para el atractivo sino también para la comunidad, asimismo, es importante identificar los aspectos que entrelazan la investigación como son la responsabilidad social, impacto ambiental y desarrollo local con el fin de entender como el turismo responsable influyen en cada uno de estos. El estudio ejecutado es de tipo fenomenológico/ exploratorio y de corte cualitativo. La muestra fue de 06 representantes entre ellos encargados de la gestión ambiental y turística, así como expertos en el tema. Se empleó la entrevista semi -estructurada con el fin de triangular todo dato obtenido, también, la galería de fotos para reforzar el estudio planteado. Los resultados logrados en nuestra investigación nos muestran el enorme beneficio que el turismo responsable puede generar en el lugar tomando en cuenta los aspectos el desarrollo social, económico y medioambiental. sin embargo, las diversas debilidades y carencias que cuenta el atractivo hacen que estas no se lleven a cabo de manera correcta. Para ello, se han propuesto algunas recomendaciones para su mejora.

The main objective of the study was to determine the importance of applying responsible tourism in the Ventanilla wetlands of the province of Callao in 2023, as well as how these could influence the development of responsible activities and practices for the conservation of the site, minimizing negative impacts. That is why we seek to answer the following research question: What is the importance of applying responsible tourism in the Ventanilla wetlands in the province of Callao in 2023? This question generates great impact not only for the attraction but also for the community. It is important to identify the aspects that link the research, such as social responsibility, environmental impact, and local development, in order to understand how responsible tourism influences each of these. The study carried out is phenomenological/exploratory and qualitative. The sample consisted of six representatives including those in charge of environmental and tourism management, as well as experts on the subject. The semi-structured interview was used to triangulate all data obtained, as well as the photo gallery to reinforce the study proposed. The results achieved in our research show us the enormous benefit that responsible tourism can generate in the place taking into account aspects such as social, economic, and environmental development. However, the various weaknesses and shortcomings of the attraction prevent them from being carried out correctly. For this, some recommendations have been proposed for its improvement.
