El saneamiento físico legal de predios y la disminución de los conflictos sociales en la Comunidad Campesina de Jicamarca- 2021

Abstract

La presente investigación intitulada: “DIFICULTAD DE ADQUISICION DE TERRENOS PARA EL SANEAMIENTO FÍSICO LEGAL DE PREDIOS EN LA COMUNIDAD CAMPESINA DE JICAMARCA- 2021” se planteó como objetivo principal el de determinar las principales dificultades para la adquisición de terrenos para el saneamiento físico legal de predios en la comunidad campesina de Jicarmarca-2021; esta investigación tiene como diseño de estudio el de no experimental y refiere un tipo de investigación básico-aplicado, con un enfoque cuantitativo estableciendo como principal técnica de estudio la encuesta, diseñando un instrumento adaptado a la realidad social de la comunidad campesina teniendo una población de 120 comuneros y a través de un muestreo probabilístico se planteó en trabajar solamente con 92 personas, en este sentido se llegó a la siguiente conclusión principal: Las implicancias que tiene la ley de comunidades campesinas inciden directa y proporcionalmente en el saneamiento físico y legal de los predios ubicados dentro de la comunidad campesina; esto principalmente en referencia a que la consolidación de la comunidad campesina ya les brinda seguridad jurídica sobre los predios ubicados dentro de esta misma y es En este sentido que muchos comuneros no encuentran la necesidad de tener un saneamiento físico legal asumiendo que éste a su vez tiene un trámite bastante largo y engorroso
