Hogar de refugio temporal para mujeres víctimas de violencia basado en la fenomenología de la arquitectura, San Juan de Lurigancho, 2022

Abstract

Así como se describe en la realidad problemática , a nivel mundial y nacional, la violencia hacia la mujer incrementa de una manera detonante aunque hayan leyes que las amparan no es suficiente y eso se puede comprobar con los datos adjuntados que muestra el CEM (Centro Emergencia Mujer ) resaltando a nivel distrital San Juan de Lurigancho por la mayor incidencia de casos de violencia por ello se propone un hogar de refugio temporal para poder salvaguardarlas porque en el distrito hay una carencia visible de este, proyectándose con base de la teoría de la fenomenología adoctrinada por el arquitecto Steven Holl siendo un aporte fundamental para plantear una relación espacio y los sentidos. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se basa a una metodología descriptiva de enfoque cualitativo -aplicada, compuesta por tres fases: la primera fase se trata de la revisión documental en que se recaba investigaciones de artículos, ensayos, entre otros para profundizar y validar la teoría, segunda fase se realiza un análisis de casos propios a la variable sea como objeto arquitectónico o estudio de variable y tercera fase se desarrolla el proyecto tras haber previsto los casos. Por ello se consolida en lineamientos basado en dos aspectos, aspecto técnico: compuesta por criterios de análisis función, análisis forma en ella se agrega dos puntos que sirven de ayuda a su confort que son color y textura, análisis estructural y relación con el entorno, aspecto teórico: espacio, materialidad y percepción de la naturaleza reduciéndose a doce lineamientos fundamentales que servirá de desarrollo para el proyecto arquitectónico cumpliendo todas las necesidades para la mejoría de las mujeres vulnerables y entorno.

As described in the problematic reality , at the global and national level, violence against women increases in a detonating way even if there are laws that protect them is not enough and this can be verified with the attached data shown by the CEM (Women’s Emergency Center ) highlighting at the district level San Juan de Lurigancho for the higher incidence of cases of violence so a temporary shelter is proposed to safeguard them because in the district there is a visible lack of this, projecting itself on the basis of the theory of the indoctrinated phenomenology by the architect Steven Holl being a fundamental contribution to raise a relation space and the senses. For the development of the research, it is based on a descriptive methodology of qualitative approach -applied, composed of three phases: the first phase is the documentary review in which research of articles is collected, tests, among others to deepen and validate the theory, second phase an analysis of cases proper to the variable is made as architectural object or study of variable and third phase develops the project after having foreseen the cases. For this reason it is consolidated in guidelines based on two aspects, technical aspect: composed of analysis criteria function, analysis form in it is added two points that help your comfort that are color and texture, structural analysis and relationship with the environment, theoretical aspect: space, materiality and perception of nature reducing to twelve fundamental guidelines that will serve as development for the architectural project meeting all needs for the improvement of vulnerable women and environment.
