Metodología 5S y la productividad de la línea de producción de chocolates en una empresa de alimentos de la ciudad de Lima-2022

Abstract

La investigación de este trabajo se basó como principal objetivo determinar la relación entre la Metodología 5S y la Productividad de la línea de producción de chocolates en una empresa de alimentos de la ciudad de Lima-2022. Como parte del método y análisis fue de tipo aplicada, relacional, no experimental y de método hipotético deductivo. Además, se tuvo como población a los colaboradores de la línea de producción que fueron 47. El instrumento fue la ficha de encuesta o cuestionario para la variable Metodología 5S fue desarrollado internamente y validado por tres expertos, en este punto se realizó la fiabilidad utilizando el Alfa de Cronbach obteniendo como resultado un 0.945 alcanzado un nivel alto. Así también el instrumento relacionado con la variable Productividad fue extraído por el autor Navarro (2021) al igual también fue sometido a la confiabilidad obteniendo como resultado de 0.872. Ambos instrumentos demostraron ser confiables y consistentes en la medición de las variables respectivas. En cuanto a los resultados del coeficiente de correlación de Pearson desarrollados y analizados en las variables metodología 5S y Productividad se tuvo un valor de 0.833 (significativo 0.000). De tal forma que al analizar las dimensiones individuales de la metodología 5S con la Productividad se obtuvieron los valores de clasificar 0.740 (significativo 0.000), ordenar 0.700 (significativo: 0.000), limpiar 0.653 (significativo 0.000), estandarización 0.758 (significativo 0.000) y disciplina 0.789 (significativo 0.000). Finalmente se concluye que, se determinó que hay relación entre la Metodología 5S y la Productividad de la línea de producción de chocolates en una empresa de alimentos de la ciudad de Lima-2022. Afirmando que la relación es positiva y significativa.

The main objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the 5S Methodology and the Productivity of the chocolate production line in a food company in the city of Lima-2022. As part of the method and analysis it was applied, relational, non-experimental and hypothetical deductive method. In addition, the population was the collaborators of the production line, who were 47. The instrument was the survey form or questionnaire for the variable 5S Methodology was developed internally and validated by three experts, at this point the reliability was carried out using Cronbach's Alpha obtaining as a result a 0.945 reaching a high level. Likewise, the instrument related to the Productivity variable was extracted by the author Navarro (2021) and was also subjected to reliability, obtaining a result of 0.872. Both instruments proved to be reliable and consistent in the measurement of the respective variables. As for the results of the Pearson correlation coefficient developed and analyzed in the 5S methodology and Productivity variables, a value of 0.833 (significant 0.000) was obtained. In such a way that when analyzing the individual dimensions of the 5S methodology with Productivity, the values of classify 0.740 (significant 0.000), order 0.700 (significant: 0.000), clean 0.653 (significant 0.000), standardization 0.758 (significant 0.000) and discipline 0.789 (significant 0.000) were obtained. Finally, it is concluded that, it was determined that there is a relationship between the 5S Methodology and the Productivity of the chocolate production line in a food company in the city of Lima-2022. Affirming that the relationship is positive and significant.
