Implementación de un aplicativo móvil para mejorar el acceso al servicio de taxi del tipo independiente en la autoridad de transporte urbano de Lima y Callao, 2023

Abstract

La presente experiencia profesional describe el desarrollo e implementación de los aplicativos móviles multiplataforma (Android e IOS) con la tecnología de desarrollo de aplicaciones móviles híbridas. ATUTAXI Conductor y ATUTAXI Pasajero, estos son los aplicativos que permiten al ciudadano pasajero solicitar un taxi por medio del aplicativo y a los conductores de la modalidad taxi independiente les permite brindar el servicio de taxi desde el aplicativo cumpliendo todas las validaciones que la Autoridad de Transporte Urbano (ATU) tiene como requisito para brindar dicho servicio. Desde la ATU, las distintas áreas por medio de los aplicativos brindados pueden obtener indicadores del servicio de transporte en la modalidad de taxi independiente para mejorar el servicio, así mismo los aplicativos están conectados con la central 105 ante alguna eventualidad. Los aplicativos móviles sirvieron para brindar un servicio de taxi en lima y callao, también motivó a que los conductores puedan formalizarse en la ATU y a los pasajeros poder optar por un nuevo servicio de taxi a través de aplicativo brindado por la entidad. El diseño de los aplicativos se desarrolló utilizando la metodología ágil Scrum, también se utilizaron las siguientes tecnologías .NET C#, Angular y servicios en tiempo real como Socket IO.

This professional experience describes the development and implementation of multiplatform mobile applications (Android and IOS) using hybrid mobile application development technology. ATUTAXI Driver and ATUTAXI Passenger are the applications that allow passengers to request a taxi through the application and enable independent taxi drivers to provide taxi service through the application, meeting all the validations required by the Urban Transport Authority (ATU) to provide such service. From ATU, different areas can obtain indicators of the taxi service in the independent taxi modality through the provided applications to improve the service. Additionally, the applications are connected to the central emergency line 105 in case of any eventuality. The mobile applications served to provide taxi service in Lima and Callao, and also encouraged drivers to formalize their status with ATU, while allowing passengers to opt for a new taxi service through the application provided by the entity. The design of the applications was developed using the agile Scrum methodology, and the following technologies were used: .NET C#, Angular, and real-time services such as Socket IO.
