Implementación de la metodología Lean Construction para la mejora de productividad del edificio Siete Jeringas, Lima - Perú, 2023

Abstract

Este trabajo se basó en la experiencia obtenida en el proyecto “Siete jeringas – Lima”, donde se aplicó Lean Construction para la ejecución de un plan de trabajo. El objetivo es aplicar la filosofía Lean Construction en la gestión de proyectos, lo que implica llevar a cabo la planificación, programación y ejecución de los mismos. También se examinó la forma en que se realizan el proyecto en la ciudad y se descubrió que la manera tradicional de llevarlo a cabo está afectando negativamente la productividad en la construcción. También se realizaron estudios sobre los fundamentos de esta filosofía y las doctrinas de sus herramientas principales, con el fin de mejorar la compresión de su funcionamiento. Además, se estudiaron las formas en que se llevan a cabo el proyecto utilizando métodos de construcción eficiente para alcanzar sus metas. Se utilizó la filosofía Lean para ser más eficiente se aplicaron los principios y algunos de los métodos más importantes. El proyecto de construcción busca aumentar la productividad de la obra luego de analizar los datos recopilados y las herramientas clave de la filosofía Lean Construction. En esta secuencia se resume las acciones a realizar y los elementos que se debe considerar en cada etapa de la construcción de obra.

This work was based on the experience obtained in the “Siete syringas – Lima” project, where Lean Construction was applied for the execution of a work plan. The objective is to apply the Lean Construction philosophy in project management, which involves carrying out their planning, programming and execution. The way projects are carried out in the city was also examined and it was discovered that the traditional way of carrying them out is negatively affecting construction productivity. Studies were also carried out on the foundations of this philosophy and the doctrines of its main tools, in order to improve the understanding of its operation. Additionally, the ways in which projects are carried out using efficient construction methods to achieve their goals were studied. The Lean philosophy was used to be more efficient, the principles and some of the most important methods were applied The construction project seeks to increase the productivity of the work after analyzing the data collected and the key tools of the Lean Construction philosophy. This sequence summarizes the actions to be carried out and the elements that must be considered at each stage of the construction of the work.
