Propuesta de mejora del sistema logístico de la empresa Comercializadora y Distribuidora Racser S.A. – Cajamarca, para la reducción de costos

Abstract

RESUMEN La presente investigación sobre “Propuesta de mejora del sistema logístico en la empresa comercializadora y distribuidora Racser SA. – Cajamarca, para la reducción de costos”, pretende realizar la recopilación de teoría del sistema logístico haciendo especial énfasis en tres áreas como son aprovisionamiento, almacenamiento y distribución, con el objetivo de identificar el impacto que tiene el sistema logístico en una empresa de comercialización y distribución como Racser S.A Además, con el fin de contrastar dicha teoría con la práctica, se ha desarrollado indicadores logísticos en las tres áreas ya antes mencionadas para así mostrar proyecciones así como algunos datos reales del sistema logísticos y el impacto que intervienen en los costos en este proceso. Se realizó un diagnostico general del sistema logístico abarcando las áreas relacionada con el mismo, realizando diagramas de Ishikawa para poder identificar el problema con mayor grado de severidad, relacionar sus causas y efectos y así proponer una solución a cada problema identificado, por otro lado la propuesta de elaboración de Flujogramas por área y diagramas de procesos ayudará a la estandarización de tiempos en las actividades realizadas y reordenamiento del proceso que estas siguen para evitar tiempos muertos y seguir procesos estándares en cada una de las áreas. La presentación de datos reales y proyecciones por medio de indicadores logísticos servirán para identificar los sobrecostos que existen en el proceso logístico que sigue la empresa y con ello se podrá hacer un seguimiento constante para mitigar el porcentaje de costos innecesario que desembolsa la empresa. Dentro del sistema logístico, una de las propuesta es también implementar un nuevo software, un sistema más acorde al rubro de la empresa y que pueda ayudar a mostrar con claridad los problemas en lo que el sistema logístico está incurriendo con respecto al registro de la información. Es por ello que se propone un software que involucre compras, ventas, pagos, almacén y gestión, ya que con ellos se tendría mayor control en el sistema logístico y sería más fácil identificar cualquier problema en el sistema. En el capítulo de diagnóstico, resultados y discusión, se podrá observar con mayor claridad las propuestas de solución que se designaran por área y resultados comparativos que servirán para dar solución a los problemas ya identificados y obtener un mejor sistema logístico en la empresa.

"-Cajamarca, for the reduction of costs", seeks to make collection of theory of the logistic system with special emphasis on three areas that comprise it supply, storage and distribution, in order to identify the impact that has the logistics system in a company's marketing and distribution as Racser S.A in addition, in order to contrast the theory with practice logistic indicators has been developed in three areas already mentioned above to show real data of the logistics system and costs involved in this process. Was a diagnosis general logistics system covering areas related to the same, making diagrams of Ishikawa in order to identify the problem with higher degree of severity, relate their causes and effects and propose a solution to each problem identified, on the other hand the proposal of developing flowcharts for area and process diagrams help the standardization of time in activities and reorganization of the process that they follow to avoid downtimes and follow processes standards in each of the areas, so also will be solution to common in these same hidden costs. The presentation of actual data and projections through logistic indicators serve to identify cost overruns that exist in the logistics process that follows the company and thereby a constant monitoring can be done to alleviate the unnecessary costs percentage that disburses the company. The proposal to implement a new software, one system more consistent with the business of the company and that it can show clearly the problems in what is repeating the logistic system. Therefore, that proposes a software involving purchases, sales, payments, storage and management, since with them would have greater control in the logistics system and it would be easier to identify any problems in the system. In the chapter on diagnosis, results and discussion, you will see more clearly proposals for solution that is appointed by area and comparative results that will provide a solution to the problems already identified and obtain a better logistics system in the company.
