La formalización de la mina de carbón MRP Resources & Mining Perú del departamento de La Libertad y su incidencia en la exportación de carbón antracita al mercado de Turquía, 2015

Abstract

RESUMEN La Actividad Minera es una de las actividades principales del Perú, en el año 2014 representó el 31.5% del PBI (Gestiòn, 2014), pero esta actividad en la mayoría de los casos se realiza de manera ilegal, por lo que formalizar la actividad minera se ha convertido en una necesidad principal para el país, incluso se han creado leyes para favorecer la formalización de dicha actividad. La empresa MRP Resources & Mining Perú - La Libertad no es ajena a esta realidad, dicha empresa viene funcionando de manera ilegal por lo cual formalizarse le ayudaría no sólo a acceder a los beneficios legales correspondientes sino que también ayudaría a la empresa MRP Resources & Mining Perú a iniciar un proceso de exportación y el destino con mayor accesibilidad al producto carbón antracita es el Mercado de Turquía. Es por esta realidad que la presente investigación busca resolver ¿En qué medida la formalización de la mina de carbón MRP Resources & Mining Perú del Departamento de La Libertad incidirá en las exportaciones de carbón antracita al Mercado de Turquía, 2015? Para resolver el problema se utilizaron el análisis de datos y la técnica de las entrevistas donde se analizaron las exportaciones del carbón antracita de la Libertad hacia Turquía y las importaciones que realizo el mercado de Turquía, así mismo se procedió a determinar la viabilidad de formalizar la empresa MRP Resources & Mining Perú La investigación concluyó que se acepta la hipótesis de investigación porque se determinó que la formalización de la mina de carbón MRP Resources & Mining Perú. Incidiría en las exportaciones de carbón antracita al Mercado de Turquía, ya que le permitir exportar, aumentando de esta manera la oferta exportable de La Libertad. Finalmente se presentó una propuesta de aplicación donde se muestra la viabilidad económica que tiene la exportación de carbón antracita al Mercado de Turquía para la Empresa MRP Resources & Mining Perú.
